Hotel Adriatic

An outstanding experience at Hotel Adriatic. We stayed there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is in the very centre of town, on the principal square. It is an older building, but has been thoroughly modernised to the highest possible standard. The reception areas are expansive, with a sitting area and bar. The ground floor extends to the Brasserie, which is one of the best restaurants in town. The bedroom was very comfortable, with an enormous king-size plus bed and a large bathroom Standards of cleanliness were impeccable. Best of all were the staff. They were uniformly anxious to please, courteous and friendly. The hotel’s terrace was a pleasant place in the evening, watching the passeggiata with a glass of cold Malvasia. The Adriatic is a great hotel. I recommend it without reservation and will certainly return.

Fabulous hotel in charming Rovinj by the waterfront. Great location, rooms, comfort and service! Highly recommend.

This was a truly fantastic hotel in the heart of Rovinj. The staff upgraded our room for free, and the complimentary made-to-order breakfast was the best we had across our entire European trip. The partnership with the Grand Park Hotel is a fantastic perk — we used the gym, spa and pool there for free (about a 20-minute walk, or they’ll drive you over by golf cart). Note that the hotel isn’t accessible by car, but they coordinate pick-up and drop-off via golf cart, so it’s seamless.

Incompetent staff at the bar. No service for seating. Waited 30 min for a table to be given to an angry German woman and her partner who “asked first” the waitress. When all the other customers around us saw us waiting and agreed with us the waitress tonight (16 August 2026) was looking like she is from Mars, didn’t do anything. The German arrogant couple sat down. We were offered another seat by a lovely couple leaving. Once we sat down a bunch of guys just sat at our table with us. Another waitress came to ask how we would like to pay. We said but we didn’t even order yet! We left and will never go back. They don’t have competent service for a high price hotel like Adriatic. Dear Balkans get your act together. Train your staff and change your managers.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were very polite & present. The coffee & breakfast was delicious each morning
