First, I would like to mention a negative experience, followed by the positive aspects. It is important to emphasize that the negative situation was an isolated incident, and from that point on, we have nothing but praise for the hotel. Our airline rescheduled our morning flight to late afternoon the day before departure, and we arrived at the hotel at around 3:00 AM. Fully aware that it was very early and that we would likely need to pay for early check-in, we approached the reception desk. Unfortunately, I do not recall the receptionist’s name, only that he was a dark-skinned gentleman, and he was extremely unfriendly. We arrived in the middle of the night with a baby who was exhausted, crying, and clearly distressed. In addition, I am five months pregnant, which made the situation even more challenging. Despite this, the receptionist handled everything very slowly and showed no sense of urgency or empathy. He made no effort to explore any alternative or more affordable options and simply allowed us to leave the hotel in the middle of the night, dissatisfied with the offer. We explained that we had a reservation for the next eight days and that we were willing to pay for early check-in from 3:00 AM until 11:00 AM, after which we would move to our assigned room. However, he informed us that the only option available was a very expensive sea-view room and requested €200 for the period between 3:00 AM and 11:00 AM. The issue was not the cost itself, but rather his attitude. Given the circumstances—especially with a crying baby and my pregnancy—we found his behavior highly inappropriate. As a result, we decided to go to another hotel across the street, where we were able to rest for a few hours for €80. The following day, upon our official check-in, we were welcomed by the kindest staff member, whom I believe was named Katarina. She was exceptionally helpful and even upgraded us to a sea-view room free of charge, despite the fact that we had not booked it. From that moment onward, every member of the staff was extremely attentive, professional, and friendly. This is why it is difficult to reconcile such a negative first impression with the outstanding service we experienced for the remainder of our stay. Once again, I would like to stress that we were not expecting anything for free—we were fully prepared to pay—but €200 for a few hours of rest (3:00 AM to 11:00 AM), especially as guests staying for eight nights, felt unreasonable and disappointing.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel set the bar incredibly high. The amenities are truly top-tier from the beautifully designed rooms and spotless facilities to the relaxing spa and excellent dining options at Glasshouse with the most amazing Dj, Marios. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated to create a comfortable and memorable stay. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exceptional staff. A special thank you to Georgia at reception, whose warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine kindness made us feel instantly at home. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Georgia, you are amazing! Equally outstanding was Andreas at the VALA restaurant. His attentiveness, charm, and deep knowledge of the menu transformed every meal into something special. He didn’t just provide service but he created an experience. Thank you Andreas!! Georgia and Andreas are absolute stars and a true credit to the hotel. Thanks to them, what was already a beautiful stay became something unforgettable. We’ll definitely be returning!
