Absolutely fantastic family holiday, rooms where perfect, we were in the club area which gives you a calm atmosphere and no fighting for sun beds but you can also choose to go to the activity pool etc, the service is excellent and extremely clean hotel and food is always fresh and covered as much as possible. I would recommend taking a swim T shirt or a polyester T-shirt incase you want to cover your kids shoulders or your own as cotton is not allowed in the pools. Slides were fantastic and is something for every age. Entertainment wasn’t brilliant, we preferred a quiet game of cards in the galaxy bar most evenings but we did see the Aladdin show which was brilliant and we went to the foam/bubble/ inflatable party in the evening which my kids loved (it’s more for kids than adults) but a few accidents with the kids and inflatables, the staff where literally everywhere making sure kids where as safe as possible. Definitely recommend snorkeling but make sure you pack a snorkel set. The only negatives is would say is the shops onsite are very expensive, no prices on anything and be ready to haggle (snorkel set £23, beach ball £15) Constant people coming to your sun beds trying to sell days out or spa treatments, first day we were caught out with spa treatments £500 on different treatments, I was walked down there to pay and pressured into more than we had agreed with my husband present, felt very uncomfortable and honestly from someone that’s had massages many times, wasn’t great and wasn’t the experience or types of massages originally agreed, 2 foot treatments that where overpriced and again different treatments than agreed, facial treatments where good but expect them to try and sell you products afterwards. After a few days we learned to tell anyone trying to sell anything that it was already booked or no thank you but they will obviously know if your new and can be relentless. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort, the staff are extremely hard working and always have a smile.

Amazing resort. The food was delightful. It was a clean and beautiful hotel. My trip was amazing. It’s located close to the airport and the amazing city of Hurghada. Spacious rooms and incredible value for money. But the real highlight was the animation team. The evening entertainment was fantastic, especially one worker called zizo.

Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent service. The location was convenient and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
