Beach Albatros Resort

Unfortunately, our stay was a huge disappointment from beginning to end. The service was extremely poor and, considering we were travelling with children, the lack of care and assistance was particularly frustrating. When we arrived in our room, it was not properly clean. There were hairs on the beds, the sheets were stained, and despite asking for the room to be cleaned, nobody actually came to properly resolve the situation. This is simply unacceptable, especially in a hotel that welcomes families. When we tried to ask for a room change, instead of showing understanding and trying to help, some members of the staff were arrogant and unhelpful. Our children were already tired and exhausted, and rather than making the situation easier, the staff’s attitude created even more frustration and stress for the whole family. The rest of the experience was equally disappointing. There was practically no space available around the pool because there were not enough sun loungers. The food was very poor, with limited quality and variety. The children’s activities and entertainment were also far below what we expected from a family resort. Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential, but the service, cleanliness, food and family entertainment need significant improvement. Unfortunately, we left feeling frustrated rather than relaxed, which is the complete opposite of what you expect from a holiday. We would not return and, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel to other families.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay at the hotel. The food was not good, and the ongoing construction around the hotel made the experience uncomfortable. Our room was also not properly clean, and even after asking several times for it to be cleaned, our requests were ignored. Another thing that we found uncomfortable was that many employees kept asking us to leave comments or reviews about the hotel, which made us feel pressured instead of focusing on our actual experience as guests. Overall, we did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously, and the service did not meet our expectations.

I would also like to thank Mr. Ahmed Eid, Reservations Manager, for his excellent cooperation, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout the booking process. And a very special thank you to Latifa from the Reservations Department, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. She made the reservation process smooth and easy and was always willing to assist. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a real difference to our experience. Thank you to everyone at Beach Albatros Resort for the great hospitality. A nice hotel with good atmosphere, always good food. Good service and staff. Great animations team. I recommend!
