otilija olalaaa Our family had an amazing stay from July 11 to July 21, 2026. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized. The airport shuttle picked us up at 11:30 PM, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. The entire staff worked hard to make every meal enjoyable, and it was clear that the executive chef paid close attention to both the main restaurant and the à la carte restaurants, ensuring consistently high quality. Our son absolutely loved the Kids Club! A special thank you to Diana ("Panda"), who was incredibly kind, caring, and full of energy. She made every activity fun and memorable. The beach is just a short shuttle ride away, with buses running every five minutes. The sea is beautiful, and the underwater world is definitely worth exploring. If we had one small suggestion, it would be to add a little more variety to the evening entertainment, as some of the shows were repeated. Overall, this hotel truly offers a five-star experience. We had a wonderful, relaxing, and unforgettable vacation, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great family holiday.

It was a great stay. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have a few more activities and animations for the children, but overall everything was great. The beach was nice, but it wasn't particularly impressive.

The hotel is good. The air conditioning in our room does not work all day because the room faces the sun, so the air conditioner freezes. If we turn it off intermittently and turn it back on around 6:00 PM, the room cools down quickly. The beds are a bit harder than I am used to, but they are willing to find solutions. The staff is at your service all day long, for your room as well as for food and drinks. I manage to find something tasty to eat at every meal. There is also a wide selection of drinks available, and they come with ice cubes. The entertainment team has a broad program, with something for everyone.
