Blend Club Aqua Resort

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to be honest so other travellers can make an informed decision. The check in process was good, and I was very grateful to receive my room early after arriving. The Front Office Manager, Nashaat, was welcoming, professional and genuinely listened to my concerns throughout my stay. He was by far the standout member of staff and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The resort is very outdated and in need of significant refurbishment. The towels were old and worn, and many of the sun loungers were broken, with the backs sitting upright as soon as you sat on them. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud, and the beds were like sleeping on concrete, even after mattress toppers were added. The Wi-Fi was terrible, particularly around the aqua park, and I was convinced it wasn't even switched on at the beach until after 9am each morning. There were no bottled waters available around the resort, only in the rooms. The aqua park itself was a huge disappointment. The children's water play area was absolutely freezing, making it uncomfortable for children to use. Even more frustrating, there was no alcohol served at the aqua park, meaning you had to walk around 10 minutes to the pool bar and back every time you wanted a drink. The aqua park also closes from 12:30pm until 3:00pm, and during that time there are no drink facilities available there at all. Food was mixed. The evening buffet was surprisingly good, with a large variety of food and a thoughtful children's section complete with child-sized tables and chairs. Unfortunately, the snack service was poor. Tiny pizzas were made to serve two or three people, meaning guests were effectively limited to just a slice or two. Some staff interactions were disappointing. I witnessed a member of staff carrying a tray telling a child to move instead of simply walking around them. At the Italian restaurant, the greeting from the bar manager, Muhammed, was rude and unwelcoming. While Nashaat was excellent, other reception staff were far less helpful and even claimed they couldn't understand me when I raised concerns. The evening entertainment was one of the worst I've experienced. The mini disco had only around seven children attending, with chairs placed in the sand, creating a poor atmosphere. Compared with other Egyptian resorts I've visited, it was incredibly disappointing, especially during peak season. At 8:45pm there wasn't even a bar open. I was told one would open after 9pm, but that's far too late for many families with young children. The drinks were served in tiny plastic cups, and the spirits were clearly the cheapest available. The check-out experience summed up the stay. There wasn't even a "good morning" or "how was your stay?". I was simply handed a feedback form without a word. When I asked where to leave my luggage, the response was brief and unhelpful. Thankfully, I was only here for two nights, and everything I've written happened during that very short stay. That alone says a lot. I visit Egypt between four and six times every year and always stay in all-inclusive resorts, trying different hotels across the country. Without question, this is the worst all-inclusive resort I have stayed at in Egypt, not just in Hurghada. There are many other resorts in the same price range that offer a far better experience. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking here. Finally, I do want to thank Nashaat, the Front Office Manager, for taking the time to listen to my feedback and writing everything down. He genuinely cared and did his best to help. Unfortunately, many of the issues are much bigger than one person can fix, but I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously for the benefit of future guests.

Generally speaking our stay was great although there is one issue the hotel should address, I mean the front desk. The people at the front desk are really nice but they promise you everything and nothing gets done. We were placed in a room with terrible stench, we asked for another room. They told us to come the next day, it turned out nobody knew about the matter. Each time we had to ask our resident for help. Besides that, everything was great, there's a little shuttle bus taking people to the beach. The beach and aquapark are wonderful, there is also a restaurant at the beach. Generally, food was great. The chef was often present on the floor asking everyone if everything was ok.I would recommend the hotel to families with kids as they can go crazy in the aquapark. Great holidays.

otilija olalaaa Our family had an amazing stay from July 11 to July 21, 2026. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized. The airport shuttle picked us up at 11:30 PM, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. The entire staff worked hard to make every meal enjoyable, and it was clear that the executive chef paid close attention to both the main restaurant and the à la carte restaurants, ensuring consistently high quality. Our son absolutely loved the Kids Club! A special thank you to Diana ("Panda"), who was incredibly kind, caring, and full of energy. She made every activity fun and memorable. The beach is just a short shuttle ride away, with buses running every five minutes. The sea is beautiful, and the underwater world is definitely worth exploring. If we had one small suggestion, it would be to add a little more variety to the evening entertainment, as some of the shows were repeated. Overall, this hotel truly offers a five-star experience. We had a wonderful, relaxing, and unforgettable vacation, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great family holiday.

It was a great stay. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have a few more activities and animations for the children, but overall everything was great. The beach was nice, but it wasn't particularly impressive.
