There's positives and negatives, and it truly depends on what you are looking for in your holiday. The staff are pleasant enough, the food is great, the drinks are ok, the rooms are manageable (when the keycard let's you in) and like any holiday, it's hardwork at times, but if you're happy to sit around a pool (Note - there not the biggest at the hotel. 1.6m deep) or make your way down to the beach and waterpark it's ok. Down at the beach there is food and drinks, and lots of sunbeds with umbrellas. It does seem a windy place, especially in the mornings but when your in Egypt's 30-40degree heat it makes it more bearable. The beach & Aqua Park are around a 10 min walk down a straight road from the hotel, there are shuttle buses that run throughout the day. It's really not too bad a walk and the buses can get crowded at times. The waterpark is ok, dangerous at times, so you make the holiday what you want it too be. I'd just say, if your not a big walker, or in a wheelchair, it might not be the best suited hotel for you. We found it a bit annoying that the Aqua Park is only open for 2.5 hours in the morning 10-12.30 then 3 hours in the afternoon 3-6. The signs at the waterpark says different. I understand it's hot here but 2.5 hours a day with the park switched off seemed extreme. Entertainment is like everywhere we have ever been, so you really can't complain. I have had holiday's where through the day there were more to get involved in. They don't have large bottles of water, they do supply small bottles when they make up your room, keep the empty bottles and keep filling them up from the vending machines. The A/C in the room took some time to kick-in but it got there eventually and worked well. Don't fully close the balcony door behind you as you will get locked out on it. There is no real English TV channels, unless you like watching reruns of football matches. The safety deposit boxes are free in the rooms to use. WiFi is poor, to nonexistent, so if you need to live on your phone, good luck! I used a Vodafone Travel esim, but don't waste your money, it was poor in Hurghada. The roof top ABBA Show should be called the Mamma Mia Show. The Greek food was nice, there just wasn't much of it. Service with a smile, and given a cold damp towel when you first turn up too cool you down, but they take that away after your starter. The show wasn't for us. The Senzo Mall is worth a visit, it was 900 EGP for a taxi to the Senzo Shopping Mall from the hotel. That is there and back and the driver will wait for you too. We walked it instead, 25 min walk nothing too bad and there's all kinds you can get there. Hotel policy states to ask for late check-out the day before, but we turned up to be told you need to come back on your day of your departure at 10am knowing fine well that you have to vacant the room at 12. We got late check-out though, we just had to move to another room. 4* Questionable. I've stayed at 4* hotels in Egypt and around the world. Budget 4* possibly, 3* would be a fairer rating. All In all, we enjoyed our holiday, ate well, relaxed, sunbathed and played in the waterpark. For the price, it met a budget I wanted to pay, and you make your holiday what you want it to be.

Mr. Hashem mohamed is a star! The hotel is amazing—everything is more than perfect. I actually regret booking only one week. I thought I would get bored staying in the same place for a whole week, but I was completely wrong. There are so many activities, including horse riding, snorkeling, parties everywhere and the aquapark is fabulous. The variety of food is also fantastic. At first, I thought the check-in process would take ages and that the service might be poor because of the huge number of guests. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredibly fast check-in and, especially, by the cheerful Hashem mohamed at the reception. He was extremely supportive, helpful, informative, and patient. He showed us how to contact the hotel, and use the Wi-Fi. He is very professional, efficient, and able to multitask while always maintaining a friendly attitude. I promise I will come back every year, and I will definitely recommend this Blend Club to everyone I know in the UK. 🇬🇧

Excellent location The claimant was very hot with humidity Room size was suitable and clean but The furniture inside the room needs to be renewed. The services provided are generally good for the price. The noise is very low or non-existent. The hotel features multiple swimming pools and an aqua park, along with shuttle buses to and from the beach. The variety of restaurants also provides added convenience and reduces crowding. Overall, it was an enjoyable trip and we hope to repeat it.

The food is varied and tasty, and the location is great — close to the beach and the water park. If you don’t feel like walking for 10 minutes, there is a shuttle bus available. There is also a café on the beach, so you don’t have to return to the hotel for a meal. The hotel is clean enough and well maintained. Towels are changed every few days, and if you leave a little chocolate for housekeeping, you can always expect to find a creative towel decoration in your room. We had a room near the pool, so sounds from outside could be heard quite clearly, but it didn’t bother us. The staff are helpful, although they are not always in the best mood. The hotel rooms could use some renovation, but overall it offers a good value for money. For those looking for entertainment, there are activities every evening, as well as activities for children. On the beach, there are also Zumba sessions, dancing, games and relay races. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its good price-quality ratio.
