Resort very clean and peaceful, nice experience overall. Some of the staff were amazing, especially abullah, Ali and Emad from the front desk! You have made our stay special! AdbulRahman who looked after our room was exceptional, thank you for your kindness 🙏 Gerhard from the studio was also exceptional, very nice man and very good work. The photos are so nice, thank you! Would definitely recommend him for some photos!! Booking Spa treatment with Mohammed was not so good as after booking treatment, he was not so helpful so wouldn’t recommend him but rather go to the spa directly! Same for beauty Salon! Hotel is isolated and need a car to get to the nearest shops! Beach not so pretty but okay! Thanks to the amazing staff. We had a good stay!

A deeply humiliating and unacceptable experience on our final night — despite an otherwise pleasant 9‑night stay.We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights as a family of four and genuinely enjoyed our time… until the evening we were due to leave. What happened in those final hours completely overshadowed our holiday and left us shocked, embarrassed and disgusted. During our stay we borrowed the hotel iron twice. It was always returned. On the night of our departure, the Reception Supervisor (Ali), Mahmood from Concierge, Ahmed from Reception and another staff member marched over to my husband and accused us of stealing the iron. They insisted on checking all our suitcases in front of everyone. My husband calmly explained that the iron had already been returned and even offered to put all our luggage through the scanner to prove it. Only then did they backtrack, realising they had made a mistake — but no apology was given as such. I asked repeatedly to speak to the Manager, but was told he had finished his shift. Staff huddled together whispering, avoiding us and Ahmed tried to 'smooth things over' by inviting us to his wedding. Completely inappropriate. To make matters worse, while all this was happening, I went twice to the lobby bar to order drinks. On both occasions, despite waiting patiently, the main bar staff member ignored me and served Egyptian, German and Russian guests who arrived after me. I had to challenge him twice. A younger staff member later told me this behaviour 'happens all the time' and apologised on his behalf. The only person who showed professionalism was the security guard, who was shocked we had been accused of stealing an iron and said we were a lovely family. After nine nights, paying extra for a late check‑out, tipping staff generously and treating everyone with respect, we were left feeling humiliated, singled out and disrespected. This behaviour from Reception and lobby bar staff was completely unacceptable and ruined what should have been a smooth end to our holiday. We woukd never return to this hotel!

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff food is great and I love the fact that they keep 1 pool with no children under 13 it is much better for us oldies no screaming splashing and ball throwing fantastic experience
