My trip was amazing!! My aunt and I arrived late at night, and the receptionist welcomed us with a night meal and even upgraded our rooms. We had a beautiful view it was absolutely amazing. On our first night, Hamza gave us a little tour and made us some cocktails, even though the bar was already closed. 😉 The staff at dinner were also incredible, providing excellent service throughout our stay. A special thanks to our lovely habibi, Mohammed. He is such a kind and wonderful person who checked in with us every day to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. Truly 10/10 service! Another big thank you to Abdul, who was also very kind. He helped us and even gave us bracelets. My trip was amazing!! The hotel is a very nice 5-star property with a beautiful view, located in the luxurious El Gouna area. It has a beautiful pool and very friendly staff. One advantage is that it’s a smaller hotel, accommodating about 100–150 guests. One disadvantage is that it’s not directly on the natural sea (only on an artificial lagoon).

Nice location near the water park and close to the city by tuk tuk. Room with the plunge pool was cleaned every day. Hotel was clean and tidy. Calm atmosphere, relatively quiet because of low season. Staff is exceptional, friendly, communicative and always happy to help. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will return to El Gouna.

Really we had a pleasant stay at Creek El Gouna. The hotel is calm and peaceful, with a very nice view it's a great spot to unwind. We ran into some issues with our check-in and departure timings, but the staff were understanding and flexible about working things out with us, which we really appreciated.The crowd and atmosphere were lovely too, with a select, well-mannered type of guests that made the whole experience feel even more relaxing and upscale.The food quality is decent with varieties. Special thanks to Zyad at the front desk , since it was our first time in El Gouna, he took the time to walk us through the hotel, the area, and the activities available. Ask for him if you visit, he's very helpful and made our stay much smoother.Overall a great experience, would recommend to anyone looking for a calm, welcoming place to stay in El Gouna.
