Creek Hotel & Residences El Gouna

My girlfriend and I were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel is beautifully new, clean, and modern. We absolutely loved that it is a smaller property – we really don't like massive, crowded resorts, so this size was exactly what we were looking for. Regarding the food, the selection at the buffet was a bit smaller, which is completely understandable and expected for a hotel of this size. The big advantage was that they rotate the dishes regularly, so there was always something new and delicious to try! But the absolute highlight of our trip was the staff. They were truly fantastic across the board. From the welcoming receptionists to the hardworking housekeeping team, everyone was simply top-notch. However, I want to give a special shout-out to three incredible individuals who treated us like royalty and made our vacation unforgettable: Mandoury (Pool Bar) Mustafa (Restaurant) Ahmed (F&B Manager / Shift Boss) Thank you all for a great holiday, we highly recommend this hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the hotel fully met our expectations. It is truly beautiful, modern, and new. The surrounding area and the location in El Gouna are also major advantages. Everything that was advertised was provided without any problems. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The food selection was somewhat limited, but the quality was very good and, in our opinion, met European standards. As a minor drawback, we would mention the very small and shallow beach, which is practically unsuitable for traditional swimming. However, the sun loungers, the beach area, and the bar are all very nice and pleasantly maintained. Another drawback is the low Wi-Fi speed, which is rather poor by today’s standards. On the other hand, the coverage is excellent throughout practically the entire resort. Overall, the hotel is very clean, tidy, and beautifully maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend the hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. 🛏️ Rooms – spacious, modern, and very clean, especially with a view of the lagoon. 🍽️ Food – very tasty and varied. Everything is fresh, the fried chips are the best 😋 🌴 Atmosphere – the hotel is rather intimate and quiet, so it's perfect for those not looking for a huge, noisy resort. This was very important to us. The hotel is located by the lagoon and sports center, which adds to the charm of the place. El Gouna itself is the Venice of Egypt ❤️ My husband and I spent seven wonderful days on vacation and felt right at home; we lacked for nothing. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who's undecided ❣️

El Gouna is a beautiful, clean, and very safe resort, but the actual location of the hotel was disappointing. The part of the bay where the hotel is located is reserved exclusively for water skiing. Because of this, it is practically impossible to go swimming in the sea. Pros: * El Gouna itself feels very safe and clean. * The hotel is relatively small and very quiet, which suited us perfectly. * You can get to the town from the hotel by tuk-tuk in just 10 minutes, which was a really fun way to spice up our holiday. * The food was very good. * The cleanliness of the hotel is at a good level (about 4 out of 5), and the common areas were fine. * The rest of the staff (except for the bartender) was very nice and helpful. Cons: * A very unhelpful bartender by the pool. Despite our paid All Inclusive program, he refused to make more than one drink per person. Moreover, he served drinks without ice, which was completely undrinkable in that Egyptian heat. * A major violation of privacy. Several times, the cleaner knocked on our door before 9 AM, and he even opened it with his keycard and walked in while we were still asleep. * The rooms could use a bit more care and technical maintenance – for example, replacing old seals. Overall, the hotel has a great location in a safe resort with good access to the town center, very tasty cuisine, and a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. However, the poor access to the sea, the technical condition of the rooms, and especially the restrictions on All Inclusive services at the bar quite ruined our impression of the holiday.

The place is magneficent and the personnel is very careful with everyone. The food was variate and very tasteful. Drinks and cocktails at the bars complete your enjoyement. Mr Eid, you are the best.
