Creek Hotel & Residences El Gouna

I spent five wonderful days at Creek Hotel, and honestly, the experience was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and respectful to people from all backgrounds and nationalities. From the reception team, who were always helpful and accommodating, to the waiters who were always there whenever you needed anything, everyone made the stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Dina, who was such a wonderful part of the team. She created such a fun and positive atmosphere and made sure everyone started their mornings with energy, activity, and good vibes. She truly made those two morning hours something to look forward to every day. The staff were attentive and genuinely kind, and the pool has an amazing view. The guests were also lovely, which made the whole atmosphere even better. If you’re looking for a getaway to escape the crowds, noise, and everyday rush, Creek Hotel is definitely the place to go. It is also conveniently located close to Marina Beach and Downtown El Gouna, which makes going out and exploring very easy. I will definitely be coming back to El Gouna, and I will absolutely be staying at the same hotel again. ♥️♥️♥️

We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel, and honestly, the staff made all the difference! The hotel is such a beautiful and relaxing place — the kind of place where you can truly unwind and forget about everything. It’s so peaceful and comfortable, and you can feel that a lot of thought goes into creating a happy experience for the guests. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. What impressed me the most is their attention to the smallest details — even the little things that can make a guest feel comfortable, appreciated, and happy. You can really tell that guest satisfaction is not just a slogan here; it’s something the team genuinely cares about. The food was also really good , with a nice variety and good quality. A special thank you to **Ziad and Alaa** for their kindness, amazing hospitality, and for always making sure everything was perfect. You truly made our stay even more special. ❤️ Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely and relaxing experience. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

My girlfriend and I were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel is beautifully new, clean, and modern. We absolutely loved that it is a smaller property – we really don't like massive, crowded resorts, so this size was exactly what we were looking for. Regarding the food, the selection at the buffet was a bit smaller, which is completely understandable and expected for a hotel of this size. The big advantage was that they rotate the dishes regularly, so there was always something new and delicious to try! But the absolute highlight of our trip was the staff. They were truly fantastic across the board. From the welcoming receptionists to the hardworking housekeeping team, everyone was simply top-notch. However, I want to give a special shout-out to three incredible individuals who treated us like royalty and made our vacation unforgettable: Mandoury (Pool Bar) Mustafa (Restaurant) Ahmed (F&B Manager / Shift Boss) Thank you all for a great holiday, we highly recommend this hotel!
