Great hotel with nice rooms and location. Staff was excellent especially Arwa. Great food as well.

This is far from our first trip to Egypt, so we really have plenty of other hotels to compare it with. As a rule, we never return to the same hotel twice because there are so many options and we always want to try something new. But this is the first hotel I would definitely come back to. Everything here is wonderful, starting from the very moment you check in. After 22 hours of travelling, when you are absolutely exhausted, they give you a warm cookie, you grab yourself a coffee, and you can finally relax. It may seem like a small detail, but it is exactly these little things that make you feel genuinely cared for. I would especially like to mention the staff. And I really mean everyone: the reception team, restaurant staff, beach staff and bartenders. They respond immediately to any request or comment and genuinely try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I was particularly impressed by the hotel management. You regularly see the management team around the hotel, in the restaurant, on the beach and near the bar. They approach guests themselves, talk to them and ask whether everything is going well and if they have any comments or suggestions. I really appreciate this approach because it shows genuine attention to both guests and service quality. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. The rooms are new, beautiful and comfortable, and the grounds are very well maintained. It is simply a lovely place to spend time. The food is also very good. The selection may not be as huge as in some other all-inclusive hotels, but here the focus is on variety rather than quantity. You don't get the feeling that you are being served essentially the same dish in three different variations, which is often the case at all-inclusive resorts. A special highlight is the freshly squeezed juices at breakfast. They are amazing! Lunches offer a little less variety, but the dinners are very good. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the very shallow entry into the sea, so you need to walk quite a long way to reach deeper water. However, during high tide, even this doesn't feel like much of a problem :) We also knew about this when we booked the hotel, so for us it was completely fine. Overall, this is one of those rare hotels where you can genuinely feel the attention to detail and the sincere effort to make every guest's stay as comfortable as possible. For the first time after a holiday in Egypt, I can honestly say: this is a hotel I truly want to come back to. ❤️
