Beautiful hotel. Great service especially from Hefny. He served us at breakfast and dinner and was always smiling and very attentive. Food wise I would give it a 4 stars. The breakfast and dinner as great. Especially pasta chef who does incredible authentic dishes to order but lunch was lacking and certainly between meals I would like to see some snacks like nuts, crisps etc. Pool service is also great All in all great hotel made better by staff

Kalid and Hosny are very profesional waiters. They help us , they makes any wishes, smiling and were very intersting of us Mohamed the Best cooker. The food is good but we think that the spacial evening of Arabia night could be a anforgetebele moment. Whith food and concerto of music and dance Ahmed housekeeper was very interesownie and helping. 10/10 Thomas from bar of swiming pool makes a good drink He was smiling and wearing clean clouthes Other mens from bar albo was nice and profesional. Driver melex Mafia was our favorite driver. He found us when we lost the way. He makes a great trip through the hotel Island. All stuff was profesional, smiling and helpfull

We’ve been to El GOUNA a lot over the last few years and although this is one of the nicest looking hotels we’ve stayed in it’s definitely not 5*. The food is so repetitive and not enough choice, absolutely nothing for children to eat. Family resort and they don’t do standard chicken nuggets to keep the kids happy. The cocktails were nice but the wine is undrinkable. The staff are lovely, the staff who take your orders at the pool don’t come round enough. The pools are unbearably cold and not the hotels fault but the flies are a nuisance. Rooms and clean and modern. I wouldn’t rush back and the main reason is the food. There just wasn’t enough choice thank goodness we were only here for a week.

Everything about the hotel was 10/10 The staff were very attentive and friendly. From the moment you arrived to the second we left the staff were amazing. Me and my partner got engaged on this holiday and the night shift manager (Ahmed) and his team went to great lengths to surprise us with everything from roses and champagne to cheesecake in our room! Rooms and hotel were spotless everyday and the cleaners made extra time to create towel animals! The food was great every day. The main dining hall had plenty of waiters so you never had to wait long for anything you needed. The pool snack bar was also a highlight-very tasty. The cocktail lounge upstairs was great although sometimes hard to get a seat on the terrace as it isn’t the biggest space but still great nonetheless. The A’La Carte restaurant food was an amazing 3 course meal- the best steak we’ve ever had! We did have some difficulty actually getting booked in, in terms of being told to come back a few times but once we were there it was perfect! The hotel also has its own private beach with a drinks shack and waiters, aswell as games and darts boards! Overall, the whole team was great and our stay was nothing but perfection- Thank you <3 !!
