Hotel was very good. Especially food was very nice. Got a very good service everyday espacially by the waiter Hefny. We would absolutly recommend the Hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay at this resort in El Gouna! Everything was amazing, from the beautiful atmosphere and cleanliness to the exceptional service and attention to detail. A special thank you to Mostafa, Moataz, and Mariam for being so welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more special. A huge thank you as well to the entire team and staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. You can really tell that the whole team puts a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. We had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting El Gouna. If we come back, we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Hotel Experience ⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful atmosphere to the outstanding service. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always making sure that guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Maryam, Mustafa, and Abdulrahman for their exceptional hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience. We had 11nights all inclusive, the food is most the same everyday, we had 2 days off of everything spend on toilet….we reserved dinner at al carte restaurant and didn’t get dinner, just cocktails and snack, idk whats happen in kitchen but we just leave and take dinner in main kitchet after 1,5hour of waiting. Pool are so busy that we never use, because of people amount, and the water is burning(outside 40 degrees, pool is the same, no cooling) the staff really good, hotel beautiful, but thats all. Not worth it🙃

We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton El Gouna. The hotel is exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and all the facilities are well maintained and thoughtfully organized. What truly stands out, however, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely welcoming, friendly and helpful — from the reception team to the staff around the pool and beach, as well as the bar and restaurant teams. The food was very good. I would especially like to mention the restaurant staff, who were extremely attentive throughout our stay. Both the waiters and the management regularly checked on guests, asking whether everything was satisfactory and whether there was anything they could do to make the experience better. This level of personal attention makes a real difference. I would also particularly like to highlight the housekeeping service and, especially, Khaled. He is an exceptional member of the team — always respectful, warm, friendly and incredibly professional. He takes genuine pride in his work and is always ready to help with any request, responding with a smile and genuine willingness to assist. He seems to be constantly available throughout the day, yet never makes any request feel like an inconvenience. His attitude and dedication made our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. The only point I would mention for those who come primarily for a beach and sea holiday is the sea itself. The water remains very shallow for quite a long distance from the shore, so you need to walk quite far out before reaching sufficient depth for comfortable swimming. This is, of course, related to the natural characteristics of the coastline rather than the hotel itself, but it is worth keeping in mind if swimming in the sea is an important part of your holiday. Overall, this is a very well-run hotel with an excellent team and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.
