Hilton Plaza Hurghada

Hotel setting is great with sea view, nice beaches and nice pools . Rooms are good standing. Now be warned the noise level in the evenings is extremely high, I felt the live band was singing in my room - while I complained several evenings in a row …. I was told the manager would contact me the next day to change rooom …. I am on day 7 … no news ! I came relax and rest … just disappointed

Clean and tidy and staff are fantastic apart from some who hound you for tips. Food and drink let this place down big time also entertainment is dire of an evening. Drinks are all made with Pepsi and local alcohol and they just do not taste right at all rum and Pepsi is not rum and coke, cocktails they make a mojita with 7up it's awful. We did complain and they had the bar manager make us some superb cocktails but that was a one off apparently he will be in the new restaurant when it opens, don't know if that will be chargeable.. Main restaurant was buffet free for all, chaotic loud messy. Queues for drinks, same choice every day, a chicken dish a beef and a fish. Worse food we have had ever . Also had a lot of people with sickness bugs. We had a split stay here with a 7 day nile cruise inbetween and didnt get the room we had paid for the first time so was upgraded the second time, the room was nice but was decorated greek style, why ? Quiet pool was great though floors are very slippery around the resort but need more drinks in all the bars not just 6 or 7 bottles with 7 up and Pepsi mixers. Cheap sweet and sickly. Also only one visit per restaurant per 7 day stay, it should be both restaurants to escape the school canteen. Beach only as a small section for swimming and hardly any fish so you would have to book a snorkeling trip. This could be a great resort with a little thought and care put into it, stop the staff harnessing for tips, we do tip but not when they are clearly hounding you also beach sellers are an absolute pain, spa ones the worse.

Hotel was perfect. Great location, close to the airport. Wonderful sea and the beach. It's interior is lovely! Food was great, drinks also! Rooms were clean and stuff were making us beautiful surprises by towels on bed. Services at the hotel were very fast and with easy communication. Whatever we needed was made without any troubles and excuses. I highly recommend this hotel if you wish a wonderful family vacation.

This is my favorite hotel in Hurgada because is thing is perfect ,fast check in Amazing breakfast, the view also the Turkish restaurant Is excellent and amazing team . I will be back for sure
