Fantastic stay - amazing animation team! We just spent a wonderful 10 days at Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort and I can't recommend it enough. The resort is in a perfect spot right on El Mamsha with a beautiful private beach and 2 big outdoor pools. Room was spacious, clean, great sea view and very comfortable. Special mention has to go to the animation team - they really made our holiday! So energetic, friendly and professional. From morning aqua gym and volleyball by the pool, to kids activities, to the evening shows and mini-disco - there was always something fun happening but never pushy. They include everyone, remember your name, and create such a great atmosphere for families and couples. The rest of the staff were also excellent, breakfast was varied and fresh, lunch and dinner was better more variety every day. Tuscany restaurant is a must although be careful with the tenderloin steak especially people with delicate stomachs I had stomach upset. The beach bar and poolside bar great for sunset drinks, and you can book diving/snorkeling directly from the marina. True 5-star service with a relaxed vibe. We will definitely be back!

Me and my boyfriend came to Hurghada for our first holiday together. We had a lovely, very hot 2 week stay. Our room was spacious with a very comfy king bed and a decent sized balcony. However! Our first room didn’t have a balcony, it was just a slide door with a barred fence so we requested a room change which Rania so kindly helped us with quickly. Room was also cleaned very well aswell as stocked up waters everyday. The entertainment on the evening was fun to watch while sitting and enjoying a drink. The entertainment team are very enthusiastic and friendly, they walk around in the day asking guests to take part in activities so there’s something for everyone but you also don’t have too, it became a running joke with the entertainment team that we were the lazy couple as we didn’t do anything besides sit and drink😂 Our only issue was that at lunch and dinner there is no self-serve drinks. The waiters come and serve you but if they don’t see you sit down then you basically have to call them over or go without. It also takes a while for the drinks to come out so we would have almost finished our meal before the drinks came. Would recommend them getting a self serve station. And the restaurant could be a bit more modernised for a Marriott. We also had to pay an additional £70 for all inclusive on our last day despite already paying for 14 days worth of all inclusive which we thought was abit of a scam… Also highly recommend taking mosquito repellent as we were eaten alive 😂! But we would like to give a big thank you to Kajo, Alisha, Akram and Alex from the entertainment team as they were very friendly to us and made us laugh everyday

Every part of the hotel reflected the same high level of care and professionalism. It was a pleasure staying at Marriott Hurghada, and I truly appreciate all the effort everyone put into making my experience so special. An absolutely wonderful stay at Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort! Everything was fantastic, from the beautiful, clean and comfortable beach with lovely water to the comfortable rooms, good dining, and warm atmosphere throughout the resort. As a Marriott associate myself, I always choose Marriott because of its consistently high standards, and this stay was another great example of that. The main restaurant offered a good variety of dishes, and overall the food was enjoyable. However, I would have appreciated a higher level of cleanliness and organization, particularly during busy periods. I would also recommend paying a little more attention to cleanliness in the rooms. Over time, it would be wonderful to see the hotel gradually renovated and refreshed. I did notice that renovation work is already taking place, which is very positive, and I am sure these improvements will make the resort even better in the future. A special mention goes to Salah Adly at Reception for his highly professional service and genuine attention to detail. When we experienced an issue with our room, he handled it efficiently and arranged a room change to ensure our comfort. His excellent communication skills, impressive command of foreign languages, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. I sincerely wish Salah Adly every success in his career and hope to see him achieve a well-deserved promotion in the future. He is a great asset to the Marriott team. A heartfelt thank you to Sarah from Guest Relations as well, whose thoughtful attention and care added beautiful touches to my birthday and made the day even more special. Ristorante Tuscany was another highlight of our stay. The service was impeccable — attentive, professional, and truly exceptional. The entertainment team was energetic and friendly, although at times a little too persistent. The restaurant staff were generally very friendly, although the level of attentiveness could occasionally be more consistent. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay and would be very happy to return. Highly recommended!
