JAZ Aquamarine

I love this hotel every thing is very great from the reception staff especially Mr Mohamed farag and the food is excellent and is very tasty ,the house keeping is very kind and the cleaning the room is excellent especially Mr hassan in housekeeping I will reapeted again and again

Nice hotel. Only the dinner is not that good. The workers are very friendly. Mustafa was the best in making animals

Very disappointing hotel experience. The food is very poor. Every day, we get almost the same food, and unfortunately, it has very little taste and quality. The snacks are also exactly the same every day, with very little variety. Overall, we are very disappointed with the food and the quality of the all-inclusive service.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Jaz Aquamarine. The hotel itself is lovely, the facilities are excellent, the pools are fantastic, and there’s plenty to keep both adults and children entertained. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we had a great holiday. However, the pool service and enforcement of the sunbed policy really let the hotel down. One day, the pool staff were strictly enforcing the one-hour rule — if you left your sunbed for more than an hour, your belongings were removed. We understood the rule and accepted it. The problem was that over the following days, we noticed the rules were seemingly not being applied consistently. For four days, we watched people reserve sunbeds as early as 8am and not return until around 2pm, yet their towels and belongings were left untouched. No towels were bagged up and no warning notes were left. Meanwhile, our belongings had been removed when the same rule was supposedly being enforced. It honestly felt like the rules depended on who you were or whether the pool staff liked the look of you, rather than being applied fairly to everyone. If the hotel has a one-hour sunbed policy, that’s absolutely fine — but it needs to be applied consistently to every guest. This was particularly frustrating because the rest of the hotel was very good. We would happily return to Jaz Aquamarine, but management really needs to address the inconsistency with the pool staff and make sure the rules are fair and transparent for everyone. Overall, 4 stars — a fantastic hotel that could easily be 5 stars if the pool service and sunbed policy were managed properly.
