Me and my partner have both been enjoying our stay at Jaz Aquamarine, we've enjoyed excellent service, food, entertainment, the rooms are comfortable, staff are very kind friendly and attentive, we've mostly enjoyed the many swimming pools, best location for us is around the pool at the Jaz Aquamarine just behind the reception area, our favourite staff member being Samuel who is always smiling and polite and made sure we are always with a drink in hand 😁

We visit Egypt several times a year and had heard so many fantastic reviews about Jaz Aquamarine that we finally decided it was time to experience it for ourselves. From the very first moment, we were welcomed not just as hotel guests, but as if we were already part of the Aquamarine family! The reception team does everything possible to get guests into their rooms quickly, and the service throughout the entire resort is simply outstanding.We recommend a room with a view of the pool and beach—large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's location is close to the airport and the city center, so you can easily explore the city. The food in the restaurants is a true feast for both the eyes and the taste buds! Makai Tukai is an absolute masterpiece of flavours! Italian, Burger Bay, Sofra – we highly recommend trying the à la carte restaurants. Every single one offers delicious food and a wonderful experience. The entertainment team is also top-class! Fantastic shows and activities, plenty of fun for children, live music, and waiters serving guests around the pools – everything is simply PERFECT!!! One person who truly stole our hearts was Daniel. It is rare to meet someone in a hotel who is so warm, genuine and kind-hearted. Thank you, Daniel, for making us feel so welcome! And our biggest THANK YOU goes to Jasmine, the Guest Relation Manager. Thanks to her, our stay was so wonderful that Jaz Aquamarine has officially become our number one hotel in Egypt! Jasmine, thanks to you, Jaz Aquamarine will always be our second home. We genuinely feel like members of the huge Aquamarine family! We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone! Our first experience at a Jaz hotel, and it was wonderful! The service was excellent everywhere, and the staff were always friendly, kind, and caring. The food and drinks were great, with a wide selection of delicious cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The resort has a huge area to explore, with plenty of lovely places to walk around. In the evenings, there are small bars around every corner where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the music. There is often live music in the evenings, which makes the atmosphere even more special. We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it!
