The hotel was awesome...especially the staff was so humble and kind..fathy at reception helped us in everything..food was delicious

Food was excellent in both general and themed restaurants. Enterteinment average.Very slow Internet was the only issue.

Having just completed my eighth stay at this resort, I can confidently say that it remains one of my favorite holiday destinations. The fact that I keep returning year after year speaks for itself. The resort is beautifully maintained, the facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and welcoming. What truly stands out is the staff: friendly, attentive, hardworking, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. The food continues to be a major highlight. There is plenty of variety, the quality is consistently high, and our visit to the Grill Restaurant was exceptional, with excellent meat dishes and great service. What impresses me most is the consistency. After eight visits, the standards remain remarkably high, which is a credit to the entire team. Overall, this resort offers everything needed for a perfect holiday. Five stars without hesitation, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Such a great place to stay! Not only is the place spotless and well seen too, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the food is great and there is so much option, the alacarts are super great too, especially the Chinese and the Italian, the hotel rooms are a great size and the beds are super comfortable. It is very accommodating, if there is a problem it is fixed very quickly and everything is taken very seriously. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re coming to Hurghada for the first time, or even if you’ve been before, seriously, this place is amazing. It was my first time and I want to come back ASAP. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

Amazing holiday, we had the best time. How any one can say anything negative is just their opinion or reason to have a moan. I can honestly say, we were so sad to leave such a beautiful and friendly hotel. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed everything. The food was great, the al a carte restaurants were superb. All the staff in the bar were so happy, polite and courteous. The iced coffees were very appreciated 😊😊 The staff around the pool were very attentive, special mention to Josef the lifeguard, such a happy and polite gentleman. We missed his presence when he went on to work on the aqua park. Our loss their gain. And Daniel, who was the most amazing waiter, always ready to take our orders before we had even finished our drinks. So a special thank you to both of you, you are a both a credit to the hotel. I would also like to thank Mamoud, our cleaner room 2204, what a special time we had thanks to the cleanliness of our room and his amazing towel art, we were excited every day to see what surprise awaited us. We would “definitely” recommend the hotel to anyone, and have not one negative thing to say, thank you for an amazing holiday !!!
