The negatives first, some of the reception staff could do with telling not to answer their mobile phones and start a conversation when already speaking to a hotel guest, rooms are a little dated but clean. Unfortunately didn’t read many reviews before going and was very disappointed when we went to the beach to go snorkelling only to see the reef wall way out in the distance (shown in photos), you can access it further up the beach 5min walk but it was dirty and not very friendly for entry and exit. Whilst on the beach we’re constantly being asked if we want to buy this trip or that spa treatment etc, also as usual all the sun-beds are taken very early every morning even though apparently this is not allowed. The food was ok but unfortunately one evening tried some chicken and when I cut into it, it was pink. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were friendly and polite and mostafa our room cleaner was brilliant and very helpful, and the rest of the staff around the resort seemed friendly too. We stayed for a week and that was long enough for us and won’t be going back but everyone is different and for some this is the ideal resort but unfortunately for us it wasn’t.

The five stars are mainly for some of the waiters who always greeted you with a smile and friendly, in a very busy hotel. No where really to relax so if you havnt got children go adult only definitely. The five stars are for Mostafa our cleaner the friendliest kindest man in the hotel always checking if we were ok . He works very hard and was always a joy to come back to the room to see his towel creations .

Overall it's a fantastic resort we loved it that much we have booked again for next year. If I could pick any faults it would be the mini bar being and Extra charge and that did not put a damper on our holiday whatsoever and maybe the rooms could do with a little upgrade but that did not ruin our holiday at all.the staff. The waiters The cleaners the lifeguards. They work so hard and all do their best to make your stay the best stay it can possibly be. Can't wait to come again next year!.

Lovely hotel but very tired, rooms need decent clean. Lots of Broken tiles around and in pool, very slippery and dangerous
