My first visit was during a study trip with Coral Travel, and this time I returned with a group of 30 people. It was absolutely worth it! As a travel agency manager, I have visited countless hotels around the world, and I can honestly say that the hospitality here is exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized. Our rooms were ready and located close to each other, exactly as requested — something I truly appreciated as a group organizer! The staff are simply amazing! From reception and housekeeping to waiters, bartenders and entertainers, everyone was friendly, helpful and always smiling. The food was absolutely delicious, with an excellent variety of dishes, and the restaurants and buffets were always spotless. Our à la carte dinner at SOFRA was unforgettable! Wonderful food, outstanding service, one large table for our entire group and a beautiful birthday surprise for our friend. Thank you! A very special thank you to Ali Ramadan for his professionalism, kindness and exceptional care throughout our stay. ❤️ Our entire group had a fantastic holiday, and I couldn’t be happier with our choice.
