JAZ Bluemarine

Honestly, I couldn’t fault this hotel; the staff can’t do enough for you, we didn’t have one staff member of staff in the whole hotel that was rude or unhelpful. The cleaner we had honestly worked so hard and never expected a tip (although we did tip), I wish him well, he was so lovely (his name is in the picture). Only thing I can say is we all got Egypt Belly, I was advised on our last day not to have Ice Cubes in our drink so I advise take Imodium with you. We was in room 7213 right near reception! Definitely coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **An amazing experience at Nogoum Bar – Jaz Blue Marina!** 🍸✨ I had a wonderful experience at Nogoum Bar. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was excellent, professional, and welcoming. A special appreciation to **Bar Manager Mahmoud** for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and leadership. His team, especially **Hamza and Mohammed**, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always making sure guests had a great experience. The **teamwork, positive energy, and dedication** of the entire Nogoum Bar team truly make the place special. 👏🍹 **Great job, Mahmoud, Hamza, Mohammed, and the whole Nogoum Bar team! Highly recommended!** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our 2nd stay this year. We stayed in the Aquamarine in March and Bluemarine this time (there’s hardly any difference!) We love this hotel as there’s so much to do for the kids! Plenty of sunbeds, so many places to choose to eat/ drink/ relax/ entertain. The slides are a great addition-great for some adrenaline! One downfall is there’s no lifts to rooms so if you struggle with mobility/ Have young children and need a pram - Email ahead to request a ground floor room. 2nd visit to the Ninos Italian à la carte and did not disappoint again. Would definitely return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brilliant Service from Ahmed Salah! Ahmed Salah was absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. He was always on hand whenever we needed any assistance and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him. What really stood out was his attitude — Ahmed was always smiling, friendly and welcoming, not just with us but with everyone he met. He genuinely made you feel looked after and was a real credit to the hotel. Thank you, Ahmed, for helping make our holiday so enjoyable. Your fantastic service and friendly personality certainly didn’t go unnoticed! 👏🏼☀️🇪🇬 Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic – Couldn’t Fault a Thing! What an amazing stay! From start to finish, everything has been absolutely brilliant and I genuinely couldn’t fault the place. The staff are what really make this hotel special. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A massive special mention has to go to Mohamed Khaled, Ali and Ali (Mick Mick 😂), who have been absolutely fantastic and always made us smile! The service throughout the hotel has been exceptional. From the waiters and bar staff to the cleaners and reception team, everyone works incredibly hard and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. The food and drinks have been 10/10, with plenty of choice and everything we’ve had has been spot on. The hotel is kept beautifully clean and the whole place has such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. We’ve had an absolutely brilliant time and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. The staff are a credit to the hotel and have made our stay even more memorable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 from us – we would absolutely return!
