JAZ Bluemarine

The main thing lacking was options for food as we follow vegan diet and have kids with allergies. Chips and pasta was only options as breads and rice had milk in! Other than that it was an enjoyable stay! We had kids various ages and even the teenagers had a good time.

We had a wonderful stay, and it was already better than our first visit. The service was top-notch, especially the restaurant staff and room service were incredibly friendly and attentive. The entertainment team was unfortunately rather dull this time. As for the food, the international variety is absolutely there, but it's almost a bit too much. Fewer options with higher quality would be my wish. Still, a clear recommendation!

Everything is awesome the service in the whole resort… specialy at the beach area Mahmoud was awesome for the service…

This hotel has NO HOT WATER. Warm water sometimes. Family of 11: 7 suffered severe diarrhea. Front office/luggage staff poor standards. Most sunbeds are thin canvas. Plenty of food and variety. Grounds very clean, pools also well kept. Location IK if you never want to leave during your stay - building sites around. Nice, clean, sandy beach. Mediocre evening entertainment. Not a 5 star hotel.
