We highly recommend the Restaurant in JAZ Bluemarine Restaurant Saalem. Top Service from the Service Team and especially we want to Highlight Hazem who was always there when we need him. The Quality of the food for such a large Hotel was really good. Especially the beef was always soft and juicy with lovely Brown sauce. If you visit the hotel, please choose this restaurant and ask for Hazem.

Food is the Best service fromage Abo is the Best

Brilliant holiday! Staff everywhere were really happy, helpful and can’t do enough for youl! We ate at the Zelaa restaurant most days and couldn't fault the service! Greeted with a smile every time we went in, all the staff there were really friendly! The restaurant is kept very clean, the waiters regularly ask if you want any drinks and couldn't fault the food! Everybody works so hard! We visited Nino’s (The Italian al a carte) restaurant a couple of times. The service was exceptionally quick and the food and service again were fantastic. The complex itself is very big and is shared with the sister hotel, Jaz Aquamarine. You can use the facilities from both hotels as though they were one large hotel. There are a large number of pools, with more active ones for the kids and anyone who wants some music and some relaxing pools/areas. There are a few different water slides which are really fun. The lifeguards are really helpful and will fetch you sun-beds if you can’t find any. The rooms are big, with a main bedroom, a separate lounge area (which is converted for families to 2 extra beds) and a good sized bathroom. You get a fridge in the room, which is really useful. The cleaning staff do a great job, are always cheerful and speak to you as you go past. The hotel is lively and the animation team do a great job providing and entertainment. However, if you prefer a quieter area like we did most days there is a relaxing pool and area with sun-beds for you. The hotel isn’t too close to the main area of Hurghada so you can’t walk out and go to any shops but there is everything you need on site, including a 24/7 pharmacy. The prices are higher than usual so bring everything you think you might need but its good for an emergency. There are plenty of trips available if you want to go out of the resort. The hotel ifself is beautiful and clean! We shall be back!!
