JAZ Bluemarine

We stayed here this week and on the whole had a great time, the resort itself is immaculately kept, clean and tidy, and made us feel very safe. If you do leave the site security take details of your room number and the company/transport purveyor you left with or your location you are heading to. The facilities on the whole are excellent but my first bit of feedback for management is the general store on site that charges 3 times what the shops just outside to the left and right of the entrance charge. Please get rid of this opportunistic shop. The ones outside are pleasant and well priced, this man should be ashamed. Rooms on the whole were nice, clean and well appointed but the star that made the whole stay much more enjoyable was Refaat (7221). He was helpful, friendly, a supreme professional housekeeper at the top of his game. He knew everything such as which teas to drink when feeling under the weather, he left our room looking incredible every time and gave generally useful advice whatever we asked. If I could have all my staff in my business replicate Refaats professionalism I would be unstoppable. Thank you my friend. Food was excellent overall with good variety, great service, again, thank you to the wonderful Yusef for looking after us and making us smile. Atmosphere at meals was excellent and we favoured the Four Corners restaurant. Overall a great experience and we are grateful to all the people we came into contact who were genuinely helpful and friendly. Thankfully although you can feel like a walking ATM in Egypt, inside the hotel it is much more relaxed. Well done all.

Hotel was lovely- night events on the beach were entertaining. Hotel staff really friendly and animation team were great. Kyra was new on the team but was great fun. Son loved the waterslides and pool staff were great with him

Good hotel, good service, good food. The fish at the beach bar is excellent. The slides are fun: there should be more activities for children and more slides for children.

This hotel is amazing. We have spend three weeks here and I would definitely return. The staff are great, very friendly and attentive. The hotel and grounds itself are spotless. The food is lovely. There are so many pools and never a problem finding a sunbed: we have had a very pleasant experience: I recommend this hotel for couples or families of all ages

We absolutely loved our stay at the Jaz Bluemarine! Me and my boyfriend arrived around 11pm and within 30 minutes of being there, we said that it was our favourite hotel so far. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and throughout our holiday the staff genuinely could not do enough for us. There was so much to enjoy that we were genuinely sad to leave! 🍽️ Food & Restaurants The food was really good, and one of the things we loved most was the huge variety of restaurants and à la carte options available. We tried Nino’s Italian À La Carte, Burger Bay and the Grill, and every single one was absolutely amazing. It was also really refreshing to have the option of changing things up rather than eating buffet food every day. I’m quite a fussy eater, so towards the end of the holiday I had definitely started finding myself going back to the same things over and over again. My boyfriend, on the other hand, had absolutely no problem whatsoever because he’s willing to try anything as long as it’s edible 😂 Having the different al a carte restaurants meant there was always something new to look forward to, and we really enjoyed having that variety throughout our stay. 🧹 Our Room & Ahmed Seyer One thing we really appreciated was that fresh towels were brought to our room every morning. It was such a simple thing, but it made things so much easier and meant we never had to worry about drying our towels in time for going home. Waking up to fresh beach towels every day really added to how comfortable our stay was. Our room was spotless every single day, and a huge thank you has to go to our room cleaner, Ahmed Seyer, who was absolutely amazing. Ahmed went above and beyond for us on several occasions. Twice, he came to our rescue when we had problems with our room key — including one time when I somehow managed to lock my key inside the room! 😂 He was always so helpful and never made us feel like we were being a nuisance. He was also incredibly thoughtful and talented with his towel art. I tried following YouTube and TikTok tutorials to challenge his skills, but I very quickly realised just how difficult it actually is 😂 Ahmed made us some amazing towel designs, but the highlight was when he spotted my boyfriend’s birthday card sitting on the bedside table. He put together a whole birthday towel-art display, which was such a lovely surprise. He then arranged for someone from the kitchen to bring a birthday cake up to our room later that evening. That was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do, and it really made my boyfriend’s birthday extra special. Ahmed was honestly one of those people who made our holiday memorable. He was always smiling, friendly and willing to help, and we really appreciated everything he did for us. 🍹 The Staff The waiter and restaurant staff throughout the hotel were so courteous and attentive. Everyone was friendly, polite and genuinely seemed to want you to have a good experience. There was one particular waiter in the Topaz Restaurant in Aqua Marine who deserves a special mention, but unfortuantely I can't remember his name for the life of me. He really gave my boyfriend a run for his money! 😂 He would open doors for me, pull my chair out, make sure we were comfortable and constantly check that we had everything we needed. He would even refill our drinks before we'd properly finished them, so we genuinely never went without. His level of service was brilliant, and he really stood out to us. 🎉 Entertainment The entertainment and animation team were also brilliant and really helped create the atmosphere around the hotel. My boyfriend somehow managed to make water polo twice a day, every day part of his holiday routine 😂. After only a couple of games, the animation team already knew him by name, which we found absolutely hilarious. We also had our own little routine where we would sit in exactly the same spot every morning, so after a while the animation team didn't even need to look for us — they knew exactly where we'd be 😂 It made everything feel really friendly and personal, and they were always so enthusiastic and up for getting everyone involved. 🚕 Getting Around The hotel also has a taxi service, and we were regularly asked when leaving the hotel whether we needed a taxi, which was really convenient. We personally chose to use Uber, simply because that's what we're used to using at home and we found it more convenient for us. But it was great knowing that the hotel taxi service was always there if we needed it. ⚽ Something for the Football Fans! My boyfriend particularly appreciated the little football board at reception, which showed all the games being played that day, what time they were on and which bar they would be shown in. It was such a simple little thing, but really useful — especially for anyone who doesn't want to miss their team while on holiday! Overall, we honestly couldn't fault our stay. There was loads to do, plenty of food choices, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. What really stood out to us was how many staff members went out of their way to make your stay special, rather than just doing the basics. A huge thank you to everyone at Jaz Bluemarine, and especially Ahmed Seyer, for making our holiday so memorable. We absolutely loved it and would happily come back! ❤️🇪🇬
