JAZ Casa Del Mar Resort

We are currently here on our honeymoon and are having an absolutely amazing stay and couldn't recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome, and the hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. A very special mention has to go to Hazem, who works at the quiet pool bar. He truly goes above and beyond for us every single day. His friendly smile, kindness, and exceptional service made such a difference to our holiday. He remembered our drinks, always took the time to chat with us, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his hard work and positive attitude deserve to be recognised. Thank you to Hazem and the entire hotel team for making our holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

This hotel was great. It is a resort that has activities for everyone, but overall it is a really relaxing resort. The staff was very nice, food is great and always fresh, the room was always clean, the beach and pools are also very clean and warm. At the beach there is also snack bars- with great fresh food, drinks and ice creams. Outside the resort you have also shops and a walking area. We had a really great time here!

Beautifully presented hotel with welcoming staff. But most importantly we received world class medical care from Dr George and the team at the Clinica medical centre located at the resort. This care meant that we recovered quickly and were able to get back to having fun on our holiday. Hope we can return in future and really enjoy all the facilities.

Finally I would like to thank the managers of this great resort, the beach is fantastic, the food is delicious, animation team is so so great and the swimming pools are clean... A high-quality, budget-friendly hotel that offers good value for money. The hotel grounds are medium-sized. There are three swimming pools in the center, surrounded by the accommodation buildings. All rooms overlook the pool or the garden. The rooms are spacious. They are cleaned daily. The condition of the rooms is good. The entertainment is nothing special. It’s a standard program. We added variety to our vacation with excursions. We booked them through Sheriff Egypt. You can easily find them online by their name. Their prices are lower than those of the hotel guide. We went on a trip to Cairo and a safari. We really enjoyed it. The food at the hotel is very good. The restaurant is clean. Overall, we were very satisfied.
