JAZ Casa Del Mar Resort

I would like to mention that the waiters were excellent, but that the evening activities and some of the staff could be improved.

First time in Egypt, this beautiful country The hotel met my expectations, and the staff were beyond reproach.

Our experience at Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort in Hurghada was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing family holiday turned into a very unpleasant experience. First of all, we would like to acknowledge that the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely tried their best to help us whenever possible. However, even the best staff cannot compensate for a lack of care, investment, and responsibility from the company behind the hotel. The air conditioning in our room was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep properly with it running. As a result, we had to switch it off every night and struggle to sleep in the heat. This is simply unacceptable for a resort of this category. The food was another major disappointment. The quality was mediocre, and the menu was almost identical day after day. Despite having paid for an all-inclusive holiday, we were repeatedly forced to leave the hotel to find decent food elsewhere. This completely defeats the purpose of booking an all-inclusive resort. However, the most shocking incident happened at the Chinese à la carte restaurant, where our holiday took a truly distressing turn. Without any apparent reason, the glass tabletop at which we were having dinner suddenly shattered. Both my wife and I suffered cuts to our legs, our clothes were damaged, and our daughter experienced a severe panic attack. What makes this incident particularly concerning is that the table appeared to be made of ordinary glass rather than safety glass. It shattered into large, sharp pieces, creating a serious risk of injury. Had safety glass been used, the extent of the injuries and damage could potentially have been significantly reduced. We have photographs documenting the incident, but for obvious reasons, we have chosen not to publish them. Once again, the staff present were very helpful and did their best to assist us. We appreciate their efforts and do not blame them personally. Nevertheless, the incident was deeply distressing for our entire family and left us with a bitter feeling that overshadowed the rest of our holiday. No family should have to experience something like this while simply enjoying dinner at a hotel restaurant. Overall, the combination of poor food quality, noisy air conditioning, and, above all, a serious safety incident made this holiday an experience we would not want to repeat. We paid for an all-inclusive holiday expecting comfort, quality, and safety, but unfortunately, these expectations were not met. We will definitely return to the Red Sea, but never to Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort.

The rooms are very pleasant. The pool area features three types of pools: one for quiet relaxation, one for children, and one for activities. The restaurant staff are discreet and helpful. The food is varied. The only drawback is the lack of fresh fruit juice. We were disappointed by the size of the beach and the distance from the city center. Overall, we had a very good stay at the Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort.

It was a nice relaxing 3 night stay where everything was included. The buffet meals had great offerings and the staff in the restaurant were excellent. The pools were cold, which was nice after sitting in the sun, the swim up pool bar was great but on occasion the staff seemed to hide behind things and sit on their phones which made getting drinks awkward, The room was large. great aircon. and the beds comfortable. The beach across the road was great and enjoyed a swim in it.
