Our stay at Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort was absolutely wonderful, and we could not be more grateful to the entire team for making our holiday such a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine kindness of every single member of staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The level of hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our entire stay. The food was also fantastic, with a great variety of delicious dishes and something to suit every taste. Everything was well prepared, fresh, and beautifully presented. The overall atmosphere of the resort, combined with the excellent service, made our stay extremely enjoyable. We would also like to give a very special and heartfelt thank you to Dr. Osama from Integrated Clinic. His professionalism, expertise, kindness, and dedication made an enormous difference to us. Unfortunately, both my girlfriend and I became ill during our holiday, but Dr. Osama went above and beyond to help us recover as quickly as possible. What impressed us the most was that he came to see us in the middle of the night without any hesitation, treated us with great care, and remained incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the entire process. Thanks to his expertise and compassionate approach, we were able to recover very quickly and, most importantly, he helped make sure that our holiday was not ruined. We will always be extremely grateful to him for that. A huge thank you to everyone at Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort for the wonderful hospitality, kindness, and outstanding service. And a special thank you to Dr. Osama for taking such great care of us when we needed it most. We have just returned from this lovely hotel after 8 nights, the location is very good with Mamsha st right outside, lots of shops and shopping with a few lovely restaurants and bars. Also the harbour is a taxi ride away which has fab bars and restaurants and also a ton of shops if that’s your thing. The atmosphere at the hotel is pretty laid back and low key. The entertainment is ok not brilliant. Although the singers are really good . I think the problem is a lot of the daytime entertainment is geared around the top pool and is very much geared to the French clientele. The English don’t seem to have a lot of input, which is ok I mean I get it most of the clients are French. The beach in the opposite hotel Jaz Elite is nice as is the pool, it’s a much bigger hotel. The food court is ok to use at lunchtime. The main thing is the staff, they are all absolutely lovely and constantly check to see if everything is ok or if you need anything. The grounds and pool area are immaculate. The buffet restaurant is fine , I mean a bit samey but it’s ok. Our favourite was the restaurant by the pool, it has a varied menu that you order from and all the meals are lovely and freshly made. A much nicer alternative to the main restaurant, not many people use it which is strange as it’s so much nicer. If an evening it’s the à la carte Asian fusion restaurant which you need to book on the app. The food is gorgeous, really good and the staff there are just brilliant. Overall a fab holiday with top notch service from the staff, I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay; it’s a magnificent hotel with plenty of very well-maintained, lovely green spaces. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious; we had a small balcony overlooking the entertainment area, which was really nice. As for the food, there were no issues at all—it was varied and tasty; honestly, we couldn't fault it. Regarding the entertainment, there were two teams present, and we had a fantastic time. However, it was a real shame that the international team leader didn't introduce herself until Thursday evening, after the Marmara show. She was the only one we didn't know (unfortunately, we hadn't seen her at any activities prior to that), so discovering who she was right at the end of our stay was a pity. In any case, a huge thank you to both teams and to our favorites (Sam, Elisa, Jade, Simon, and, of course, TIGER).

BE CAREFUL — VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE My wife’s phone was stolen inside the resort, and we had serious concerns about the involvement of a staff member. What was even worse was the management and security team’s extremely poor response. We received misleading information and were refused access to the CCTV footage when we asked to see it. We were also told there was inadequate camera coverage in parts of the resort. Very poor security, zero transparency, and extremely disappointing management. Guests should be extremely careful with their valuables and not assume they are safe inside this resort.
