JAZ Elite Asteria

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic holiday and excellent service! We’ve recently returned from our holiday at JAZ Elite Asteria and honestly have nothing to complain about. We had such a lovely time and came home really happy with our choice of hotel. It was exactly the relaxing break we were hoping for. A special mention has to go to Ahmed, who serves drinks at the top pool. He was excellent throughout our stay—friendly, attentive and always made us feel welcome. Spending time by the pool was made even better by his service, and we really appreciated how well he looked after us. He’s a real credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for his hard work. Overall, a fantastic holiday with some lovely memories. We would happily recommend JAZ Elite Asteria and would love to return. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable, especially Ahmed!

very good hotel. I will come back

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily come back. The staff were truly amazing incredibly friendly warm helpful and genuinely caring. They created such a lovely atmosphere and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We were travelling with our little child and the staff were fantastic with him they would talk to him play with him and do little things just to make him smile and feel comfortable. It really made a difference for us as parents. The room was cleaned perfectly every day and the restaurants were excellent with delicious food and plenty of choice. There were also so many activities and things to do that we never felt bored. A special mention goes to the air conditioned kids club. It was a fantastic place for our little one to play have fun and most importantly take a break from the heat. Overall a fantastic family friendly hotel with wonderful people great food excellent service and plenty of activities. We had a really lovely time and would definitely recommend it
