Amazing hotel, great selection of pools. Varied food options. Plenty of sun beds. Most amazing water slides and selection of kids slides I have ever experienced. The most friendly and professional staff - From gardeners, cleaners, bar staff, kitchen staff, entertainment team, management, reception staff, rep, bar staff. Not one single bad encounter. Amazing hotel for families. Would definitely recommend and return.

We’ve just come back from a 10 day stay at JAZ Aquaviva as a family of four, 2 adults and 2 children, and we honestly had such a lovely time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The service really is one of the best things about this hotel. Even the lifeguards come around and help set up your sunbeds, which I thought was such a nice touch. The rooms are really spacious too, and you get two bottles of water every day. The restaurant service was brilliant. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and we honestly didn’t have to get our own drinks once during the whole 10 days! There was always a good variety of food to choose from, and we never struggled to find something we all liked. The food was always hot too, which gave us peace of mind, especially with the children. The staff were always around checking if we needed anything, but without being overbearing. They are all so warm, friendly and welcoming and really do make the hotel what it is. The water park was great fun for both the kids and adults. One tip though, definitely take pool shoes because the floor gets ridiculously hot! There are lifeguards all around the resort and they’re constantly keeping an eye on the pools, which gave us peace of mind with the children. We also went on a quad bike trip, which was really good fun and definitely something we’d recommend doing while you’re there. It was a great experience and a nice change from spending the whole day around the pools. The animation team were also really good. They were friendly, approachable and always had different games and activities going on during the day if you wanted to get involved. I have to give a special shout out to Mahmoud, one of the lifeguards. What a lovely man! He was always so friendly and helpful and really looked after everyone. Also a big thank you to Kareem and Ahmed in the restaurant. Their service was brilliant throughout our stay and they were always so friendly and attentive. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was being approached in the mornings by people trying to sell you different things. It can get a little annoying, especially when you’re trying to enjoy a relaxing morning. That said, once you say no, they generally leave you alone. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at JAZ Aquaviva. The staff genuinely make this place. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we felt really well looked after throughout our holiday. We’d definitely come back and would happily recommend it to other families. We’ve come home with some really lovely memories and, most importantly, two very happy children!

Rooms nice, hotel nice and spotless, staff amazing, beach lovely however need to get coach from hotel to the beach, not a ride for disabled people. As for the food if you like chicken your in with a good chance of a meal. Only negative is beach and food. The restaurants of site you book on the hotel computer are chargeable. Also you get one free booking per stay now as opposed to one per week. The animation team were excellent especially Bebo, he knows how to get the crowd going. Also the two life guards on duty while we were there were amazing 👏 the two waiters looked after us very well. No photo of one of them as got put on kitchen duties 3 days before we left. Do to the negatives we wouldn't return however may I point out the managers in the restaurants did say they would cook us anything we wanted on our complaint or could go to the Italian but we had been the night before.
