The Hotel is wonderful and the staff is amazing. Rooms are super clean. Food is very tasty and has variety. Everything is just perfect. I would come again.

5th time at Jaz Aquaviva. The standards at Jaz are getting better every time we stay. The management team an on point with every detail. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are all excellent. We had a problem with our AC not working in our room and was fixed within a couple of hours of us reporting it. Fantastic time as always and made to feel special by everyone. Thankyou to all the team at Jaz. See you again next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jaz Aquaviva in Hurghada! Everything was fantastic, from the beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms to the delicious food and excellent service. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel special from the very first moment. The location is excellent and provides a great base for enjoying Hurghada and exploring nearby attractions. Everything we needed for a fantastic holiday was within easy reach. The hotel has a lively, cheerful atmosphere, with plenty of entertainment and activities. There are also opportunities to relax and unwind, making it a great choice for a fun and relaxing holiday. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The food is delicious, with a great variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly make a difference. The pools are fantastic, and the water park is a great attraction for guests of all ages. There is plenty to do, so every day can be full of fun and unforgettable memories. Excellent value for money! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Stay! Room 2142! We had such an incredible stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault it! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was incredibly attentive, friendly and genuinely made us feel welcome. What really stood out was how personal the service felt. Staff throughout the hotel made the effort to ask our names and, amazingly, remembered us each time we visited different areas. Those little touches made such a huge difference and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. A special mention has to go to our housekeeper, who went completely above and beyond. Our room was always beautifully clean, spacious and well looked after, and the extra effort was very much appreciated. The shuttle to their private beach is a must too! Gorgeous beach with again super friendly staff everywhere! The food was consistently really good, with so much choice available. Even with fussy children, we always managed to find plenty of options, which made mealtimes stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family. The included water park was a huge bonus and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The lifeguards were fantastic — friendly, attentive and clearly very much on the ball, which gave us real peace of mind while the children were enjoying themselves. Overall, this hotel truly deserves its 5 stars. The combination of beautiful, spacious and spotless rooms, fantastic food, an amazing water park and, most importantly, genuinely wonderful staff made our stay so special. We would 100% return and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends, family or anyone looking for a fantastic holiday. We’ve made some wonderful memories here and really didn’t want to leave!
