We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The food is delicious, the hotel is beautifully maintained, and what truly makes the difference is the incredible team working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting several staff members who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to Marhouz, from the dining team, who was an absolute pleasure to be around. Always smiling, polite, kind, and with a great sense of humor, he combines genuine warmth with impeccable professionalism. He is a perfect example of the dedication and hospitality that seem to define the entire team. What impressed us most is how every department works tirelessly, day and night, to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that guests are well taken care of. Their hard work, attention to detail, and genuine kindness certainly do not go unnoticed. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Your dedication is what turns a beautiful hotel into a truly memorable experience. We would happily come back and highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly, the food was topnotch and the suite was amazing!

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! First of all, I would like to highlight the amazing atmosphere created by the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, friendly, cheerful, and helpful, but special recognition goes to the reception team. ❤️ I experienced so much kindness, dedication, and professionalism. No matter the situation, even in unusual circumstances, I could always count on their help, support, and understanding. This is exactly the kind of attitude that makes you feel genuinely cared for, rather than just being another hotel guest. Thank you for your warmth and for making my stay even more special! It is the people who create the atmosphere of a place, and this hotel is a perfect example of that. ❤️ The rooms are very clean and thoroughly cleaned every day. The food is delicious, varied, and truly deserves praise. The entire hotel is beautifully maintained, everything is spotless, and the lush, beautiful greenery adds a unique charm to the surroundings. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! I’m leaving with wonderful memories and the feeling that I have discovered a truly special place. I sincerely hope to return someday! 😊❤️
