JAZ Palmariva Beach

This hotel has been bought by a jazz and is due for a renovation the spa isn’t there as it’s been rebuilt the restaurants the same the drinks qualities is very poor the grounds around the pool A poor state in Beach restaurant, our health hazard landing on food and bed droppings on tables and chairs

We had a wonderful holiday and were very satisfied with our stay at JAZ Palmariva. The room was nice, clean and cleaned very well every day. The entire hotel and grounds were beautiful, clean and well maintained. The food was very good with plenty of choice, and we also enjoyed the snack bar. The drinks were great, especially the iced coffee and cocktails. The beach and sea were beautiful and clean, with easy access to the water. Even during low tide, there was still enough water for swimming, which we really appreciated. There was also entertainment every evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this hotel.

Great stay and excellent service!! I had a really pleasant stay and overall I was very satisfied with the experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. A special mention goes to Ahmet at the reception, who stood out for his wit, professionalism, and genuinely helpful attitude. He made us feel very welcome and was always ready to assist with a smile! The room was always clean and comfortable, and the bed was great for a good night’s sleep. The location was very good, and I also found the hotel to offer very good value for money. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom. While the room itself was always clean, the bathroom cleanliness was just average and could have been better. Other than that, everything else was up to a very good standard. I had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back!

It would be nicer if the entertainment staff were not so pushy and did not force guests against their will to do everything they want. The evening program could also feature free dancing for the guests instead of just forcing them to copy the animators' movements. There were no activities for children, only the mini disco in the evening. I feel that a garden with flowers is missing around the hotel.

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! A huge thanks to the kitchen staff and waiters – the food was delicious and all the waiters were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was never any problem with anything! Another special thanks goes to Mustafa, who took care of our room cleaning. The room was spotless, perfectly prepared, and luxuriously clean every single day. He made incredible towel art for us, like beautiful swans, which was a lovely touch! Regarding the animation team, we had mixed feelings. Some animators were very persistent and pushy. Even after we said no, they kept coming back to persuade us to join the activities, interrupting our relaxation, and they even pulled us by the hands. However, not all animators were like this. Nicole and Zik were absolutely super! There was no pressure from them at all, everything with them was great, and both left a wonderful impression on us!
