JAZ Palmariva Beach

I’d like to share my impressions of the holiday at the Jaz Palmariva Beach hotel (Makadi Bay, Hurghada). It was truly a wonderful time! The hotel fully met our expectations and even exceeded them. From the moment we arrived, we felt like welcome guests: the staff greeted us with sincere smiles, quickly handled our check‑in, and helped with our luggage. I’d like to say a special thank you to the administrator for their attentiveness and willingness to resolve any issue. The room turned out to be spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. Cleaning was carried out daily and very thoroughly; the towels and bed linen were always fresh. The window offered a stunning view of the sea and the well‑maintained green area, and the silence and comfort allowed for a great night’s sleep. The air conditioner worked properly, and the plumbing was in perfect condition — everything was thought out to the smallest detail. I’d also like to mention the food. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were varied and very tasty: fresh fruits, vegetables, several types of hot dishes, pastries, and excellent coffee. Everything was always fresh and in abundance. The chefs are true masters of their craft! The hotel grounds are well‑maintained and green, and there are plenty of pleasant places to take a walk. The pool is clean, with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, and the beach is a special source of pride: soft sand, a gentle entry into the water, and always plenty of free space. The coral reef near the shore is simply amazing — we haven’t seen so many bright fish in a long time! The animation team subtly created a great mood both during the day and in the evening. I’d like to express special gratitude to the entire team for their professionalism, friendliness, and care. Every employee did everything they could to make our holiday comfortable and carefree. We left with a sense of gentle sadness, but with a wealth of warm memories. We will definitely come back here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect place for a vacation! Rating: 10 out of 10!

Very well received and guided, especially by Mo, Brazily and Sasha. Lovely place to visit and relax. Great private beach, good for kids and all the staff are very welcoming.

Staying in Jaz Palmariva Beach was absolute pleasure. Very nice hotel with everything you need, great service, nice rooms, amazing food and perfect beach. All the staff are friendly and helpful (even if you don't tip). Our room was ok. The furniture was older but I absolutely didn't mind that at all. What I cared more was the cleanliness, which was fair, but I am freak about that so someone will find it excellent. The housekeeper was always creative with the towels and had something prepared for us. Beds were comfortable. The food, which was one of my main concerns, was EXCELLENT. Variety of soups, bread, meat, fish, sides, fruits, vegetables, sweets, pizza, pasta. I must admit that I didn't eat the fresh fruits and vegetables, because I was concerned about the my stomach, but many of the other guests were eating and I didn't hear anyone complain. Only "problem" that inside the restaurant was smelling from the preparation of the food and eating inside would mean getting your clothes smell like cooking. The beach was great. Comfortable sunbeds for nice resort relaxation. But, I had to get up earlier to reserve one by putting a towel on the sunbeds. Even at 8:00 AM was very full. Most of the sea entry was pretty rocky and you have to wear swimming shoes. The security checks at main gate adds extra safety feeling. Maybe on the best value for money hotel. I liked the hotel VERY VERY MUCH.
