JAZ Palmariva Beach

Room was nice, it was lucky, because online all pictures are the same, however different price range and category. Maybe this could be updated. However Sea view was nice and calming. We were in room 2145 Check in was good start. Friendly and polite, but nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast come around 07:00 AM to avoid the carnage. After that it feels like a war zone. Lunch would not be fair to review as we do not eat a lot. So we skipped lunch A Foodcourt is also available from 12:00 - 06:00 PM Dinner the main restaurant is really carnage, it felt like you were in school standing in line. One row of all hot dishes all together. Walid is an absolute trooper. Do friendly no matter how busy it was, he always found time to look for a table, provide us with drinks or anything we needed he deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️purely for his hospitality skills. He is one of a kind. Jaz should be proud to have him, in the team! Bread Station Massive, with cold food and deserts, maybe switch it around and make the hot food in the middle with access from both side's. Within your stay you have a dinner in one of the manyala carte restaurants We had dinner in Nino and Sopra. Both times were really great, for the Sopra restaurant I must say the amount of food, way too much for two people, the food waste must be enormous, that does not add up with your sustainable image. However Mohmen was absolute joyful host. Professional and highly skilled ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Evening Entertainment near the main restaurant is lacking tables for 2 persons . Animation team were good as well during day time. Would we come back, if we were to go back to Makadi Bay absolutely YES!

I recommend this hotel! The beach and the sea are superb! The food was very good. Perhaps the breakfast and the ice cream served on the terrace could be a bit more varied, as there was only mango with chocolate throughout the entire stay.

The location is beautiful and far away from a lot of other places. we took transit 40mins from the airport and lovely views on the way over. The rooms are very clean and cleaners come in everyday to uphold the standard. Everyone was lovely and entertaining. There is always something to do. Definitely worth the price. The environment is amazing. Even when there is music playing outside you cannot hear it from the room which makes an early night very easy.

Why does JAZHoltelgroup describe Palmariva as a five-star hotel? When I arrived in the evening, I found a worn-out hotel. The restaurant was closed after 9 PM, and I only got a sandwich for dinner. A huge disappointment. Had I known, I would have chosen a different hotel.

If only they didn’t give us a breaking apart room that felt like it was about to fall on our heads, it would be ok
