My girlfriend and i had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Wael, the Guest Relations Manager, for his kindness and hospitality. He was always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. His genuine care and willingness to help made a real difference and made our experience even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to meet someone who truly cares about guests and goes the extra mile to make them feel at home. Mr. Wael is a great example of excellent hospitality, and the hotel is lucky to have him on its team. Thank you, Mr. Wael, for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and would be happy to return again

Welcome to the most wonderful hotel! It has been one of the best and most beautiful experiences of my life. A huge thank you to the entire Egyptian staff for their hospitality—their kindness and charm are truly unmatched. Everything—from the cleanliness and the food to the fun and the laughter—was absolutely fantastic, like something out of a dream. And a special thanks to the beautiful Russian entertainment team! Thank you, thank you—and a huge thank you to the lovely Miraki, my dear! 🇪🇬🇩🇿❤️😘And a big thank you to the Russian entertainers—Karina and Sasha—who played an incredible role in keeping us entertained, everywhere and at any time! ❤️ In a new season, God willing. ❤️😘

We stayed for ten nights early October. On arrival on Thursday at around 11 pm the reception was so loud with music we had conduct the conversation outside. Not a great start. Your room was not available till next day so was upgraded for one night. We moved the next day to the room we had booked. The room was clean and tidy and bright. But the bathroom was small with a tiny shower. Food was good weather was good and the staff were great. The staff made the stay bearable. The biggest issue was the music playing all day and very late into the night. Which was unnecessary loud. Great for the guests who wanted to party nonstop. We should of studied the reviews more. Doubt if we will return. But staff where great 👍.

Just got home after 2 week stay booked months in advance, when we arrived late Monday night told our room wasn't ready until 1pm the following day so put us in a small room with 2 single beds for the night ,ruined are 1st day couldn't unpack had to wait should be relaxed around the pool ,there was 4 of us 2 couples,,the room was cleaned daily, the food was not great, and the drinks wine cocktails we tried the greek and Asian Chinese, very poor ,the buffet reasraunt was OK,, I would not stay again, or recommend The only bar that could make a proper cocktails was the main reception bar ,saeed ,top man.
