Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort

Nice hotel very good recommend the hotel for every thing

Really good holiday for the family or children are mixed ages a lot for our 9 year old but limited for the baby but isn’t that most places. However food is good, staff are amazing and so much for the kids! And to top it off if you book with TUI you get a free day pass to neverland and also can visit on the evening to watch their entertainment. And the fun fair is amazing for the kids!!!

Awful people as they lie through their teeth about many things and don’t provide any support or genuine customer Service! I would not recommend! Their problem is money and expect guests to pay for things to be sorted

Mixed bag, Although there were many water slides, some you could not go on unless you were 10 years old. Some where adults could not go on, and some you had to be between a certain weight therefore not all slides were useable to all. The reception staff were awful. We requested that a bed be moved and asked twice, to be told "Yes we will do that" but they never did. In the end we did it ourselves. I emailed them before we arrived and had nil reply. When checking out we asked for a shower room and were told to wait in reception and we waited and waited, then asked another receptionist who said we had to go to the showers in the pool toilets. We took our 6 year old there and she refused to go in as it stank! Shocking that they can't provide a separate area for those departing late in the day. There was a man going wild that he had waited 6 hours to be allocated a room. They just say anything to get rid of you. Food ok, lots of choice but incorrectly labelled sometimes. Clean rooms but dated in parts. No body lotion. Clean sheets and towels, although some were frayed had seen better days, I expected better. The "Mrs Hotel" show was degrading. Entertainment was on too late eg mini disco at 8pm, main show at 10 when our kids were past their bedtime. Fairground, VR centre was a bonus. Only 1 warmish pool the pothers were cold in October. 1 room got a daily towel display and petals but we got none. Staff were friendly overall, except reception. Nothing around to walk to, only a few shops. This is billed as 1 hotel and you can use 2 others HOWEVER it feels like 1 HUGE hotel. Lots of people around. You can also use Beach hotel across the road BUT the area of the beach that you are allowed to go on is small with a tiny bar. There were building works going on so it was noisy. A lack of a deep pool for serious swimmers and you had to pay extra to use the Olympic size pool. Guests reserved loungers with towels before breakfast and therefore it was difficult to find available loungers. Signs up not to do this, but it wasn't monitored. Pool waiters were hit and miss, took ages to get a drink. Spirits not the real deal. Entertainment team poor. They didn't come round and tell you what was going on as the site was too large. Kids made to wait ages for the foam party. They were keen to sell us tombola tickets! Played music not suitable for children. Mini disco was the same every night with some "copy me" routines in a circle. Our 6 year old said it was boring just copying. The evening shows were good. It was in general ok, but I wouldn't stay here again. We went to White Beach hotel last year and that was much better.

This hotel was the only safe place for me in Egypt. Mr. Michael Reda took care of everything we needed during our stay. The service was top-notch, as were the hotel's offerings.
