Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort

Just arrived and, to be honest, we’re really disappointed so far. We’ve paid a lot of money for this holiday, so we had high expectations, but the experience so far has been far from what we hoped for. The staff we’ve encountered have been quite miserable and unwelcoming, and the rooms are much smaller than we expected. We’ve been to Sharm El Sheikh three times before staying in the Coral Sea resorts, and on every occasion, the hotels we stayed in had bigger, nicer rooms and much friendlier staff. To make matters worse, after a six-hour flight, we weren’t offered any food, despite being on an all-inclusive package. Reception have agreed to move us to different rooms tomorrow, so we’ll see what options they come back with and hopefully things improve from there. It’s still early days, and we’re trying to keep an open mind, but first impressions really do count, and so far, Pickalbatros has not impressed us at all. Hopefully, things take a turn for the better over the next few days. 🤞

Good hotel for children. Animation team is quite active. Big territory. Beach is in 5 minutes. But the nutrition is poor

The hotel is very satisfying and very good

Very cool! Thx a lot for your service

Fantastic service! Staff are friendly, immaculate resort and rooms! This is our 2nd time at this aqua park, and 3rd time at a PickAlbatros. We will definitely be back
