Pickalbatros Dana Beach Resort

It was truly an amazing experience! I’ve traveled to many countries and visited numerous beautiful coastal cities around the world, including Hurghada several times. Having experienced hospitality in so many different places, I can confidently say that the reception team here stands out on a completely different level! I’ve always believed that the first impression of any hotel begins at the front desk, and this team absolutely exceeded all my expectations. From the warm welcome to the incredibly smooth check-in process, every little detail was handled with outstanding professionalism, genuine kindness, and remarkable efficiency. What impressed me the most was how they made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire hotel, despite how incredibly busy the reception was. That level of personal attention, patience, and dedication is something truly special and rare to find, even in some of the finest hotels I’ve visited around the world. A very special appreciation goes to Mr. Malak, who was simply PHENOMENAL! Honestly, I felt like he was a magician! The way he handled everything was unbelievably fast, smooth, and effortless. It felt like the paperwork was completed in seconds! His professionalism, confidence, efficiency, and welcoming attitude were absolutely exceptional. He has a remarkable ability to make guests feel valued, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed while making the entire process look effortless. And I must emphasize that the entire reception team deserves enormous recognition. Every single person I encountered demonstrated an outstanding level of hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism. You can clearly see that this is not just a team doing their job; these are people who genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do. After traveling to different countries and experiencing many hotels, I can honestly say that this team has set a standard of hospitality that many hotels around the world could learn from. What makes them exceptional is not only their efficiency but also the genuine warmth and personal attention they bring to every interaction. Mr. Malak and the entire reception team are a true asset to this hotel. They deserve every bit of appreciation and recognition for the incredible work they do. Thank you for making us feel so special and welcomed. You didn’t just provide excellent service; you created a memorable experience from the very first moment! This is what true five-star hospitality looks like!

Food And beach was excellent all atmosphere was amazing 👏 sweet home after dinner and bakery was a new experience for us

The staff was so welcoming and attentive right from our arrival! We then got into our spotlessly clean rooms, which were even better than we expected. Throughout our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful lagoon, chilled by the pools, went shopping, and made the most of the activities and the spa. It was also great to have so much variety with the food! It was a wonderful stay and we can only highly recommend this hotel :)

We had a wonderful experience at Pickalbatros Dana Beach and it is definitely a resort we would happily return to. Everything was absolutely wonderful: the atmosphere, cleanliness, rooms, food, and, above all, the kindness and hospitality of the entire staff. From the very first moment, you can feel that every detail is well taken care of and that guests are truly valued. One of the greatest strengths of this resort is its people – always smiling, attentive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We felt very well taken care of and pampered throughout our entire stay. A very special thank you to Halos for his kindness, attention, and willingness to help. He is, without a doubt, one of those people who truly make a difference. For us, he was the kindest member of the staff and was always there to help us with a warm smile and great professionalism.🤗 Dana Beach gave us a wonderful holiday filled with beautiful moments and memories that we will cherish. Congratulations to the entire team, and thank you for everything! We will definitely be back!❤️
