Came to the resort for 10 days with my wife and 3yr old daughter. The whole team have been very attentive and made us feel very welcome. All of the staff are great with kids and there’s plenty to keep them busy throughout the day - both indoor and outdoor. After a problem with our room Giorgia from guest relations went to above and beyond rectify and make up for the issues and ensure the rest of our stay was more than comfortable. Would recommend for families with young kids! Thanks to the whole team!
