The staff is very friendly, the hotel is great for kids with activities from morning until evening, and the food is excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were thoroughly impressed by the hotel's standards. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. The rooms were spotless upon arrival, sanitized daily, and the common areas—including the pool surroundings and lounge spaces—were kept impeccably clean throughout our entire stay. When it comes to dining, the food exceeded our expectations. Every meal offered a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality dishes, ranging from local specialties to international favorites. The buffet was consistently well-stocked, and the staff made sure everything stayed neat and appealing even during peak hours. For families, the play areas are an absolute highlight. The resort features dedicated indoor and outdoor playgrounds equipped with safe, modern facilities where kids can burn off energy. Combined with the constant entertainment organized by the dynamic animation team, our children were engaged, happy, and fully entertained every single day. Overall, this resort offers a seamless blend of relaxation for parents and endless fun for kids. We could not have asked for a better holiday experience, and we would definitely recommend it to any family looking for a memorable vacation.

Lovely hotel, we have spent a very enjoyable two weeks here as a family, with friends as well. Pools and rooms were clean and well maintained, we had one small issue with the sink in our first week that was fixed within half an hour. Brilliant service from start to finish, no complaints at all.

Lovely hotel and facilities. Be prepared to have people try and sell you things everyday, multiple times a day sometimes and there is smoking allowed on site FYI
