This place is amazing,The customer service is the best I have ever experienced.The staff are amazing and so helpful it’s unreal.its got to be the cleanest hotel I have ever been too.As for the food it’s unbelievable,I am a fuzzy eater but had no issues finding something every day and night.I would strongly recommend the Italian restaurants as well as rocking burgers.This place is very large and we were here only one week regrettably it was not long enough to explore everything properly but we will be back next year but for longer.Only one very small gripe and that’s the outside sellers trying to sell you things hair cuts etc all the time but if you put up your do not disturb sign from your room whilst at the pools this helps.Went to the main show once and it was good.We were upgraded on arrival as my wife struggles walking long distance and it as very much appreciated that the reception staff noticed and helped us out without asking.I am 58 and the wife 56 years of age and we loved it here it’s not just for the youngsters but I would love to bring my grandchildren here as it’s perfect in my opinion for families.Can just say a massive thank you to all the staff at this hotel for the best holiday ever😃

Came as family of 4 adults & 2 children, we absolutely loved every minute. Got everything on the complex you would need to keep children occupied and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Honestly, if going to Egypt with children, there is only 1 place that comes to mind. And its Jungle Aqua Park by Neverland. It's our second stay and definitely not the last. Where do we start with? Check in and room - upon arrival ehich was late at night we were offered room on the stop, an amazing 2 chamber rooms with sliding door - 2010. Directly beside the aqua park and close the restaurants. But this doesn't end up here. As the restaurant were closed we were offered free of charge room service to be delivered- cold cuts, cheese, burgers - we could choose. The reception is a well oiled machine. Here a big bow to Mr Mahmoud Saad, who did everything to make our holidays unforgettable. Moving to food- i really dont get how somwbody could complain. The amount, variety and quality is something that can't get better- yet they still try! Fruits festival, dinner parties with grills outside makes you feel like in a small city not a hotel. Service- can't get better than that. Under the eye of Mr Tamer its working without a flaw. Here we want so specially thank Ali Ayman - from water walley. He is the most helpful, polite and funny person ever. No task and ask is too hard or impossible. Cleaning - very good, daily cleanning with a very friendly cleaner. Animation - honestly best we have seen so far. Lets not forget the amount of entertainment for children - pools, slides and aboce all huge luna park. I mean it when i say - nothing beast Jungle. Loved our stay here. Came with four adults and two children. Everyone enjoyed their time. I didn’t feel like I had to leave the resort at all. So many restaurants to try. The food wasn’t fantastic but edible. Both aqua park and water valley were amazing. The slides were enjoyable for both adults and children. We spent hours there at a time. The children loved the lollipop area in reception and had one daily. Be prepared to walk - A LOT! The funfair was fab for little kids every night. The Neverland show was good but the food served there was not nice at all and there was so much wastage. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend coming here.

Never 5 star in your life. Timing for restaurants are silly (never open). The lounge areas feel like your sat in an airport. Tiles on floor remind you you're in a supermarket. Plates are all melamine! Noise in restaurants are horrendous, like you're in a school canteen but x10. Music blasting out of 3 speakers, playing 3 different songs around you're head. Quality of food is poor, choice of beverage is worse. Unsafe bunkers (ladder steps too far apart, gaps on top bunk huge! Easy fall through. Silly plastic AI wristbands. Cats everywhere (I like cats, but husband allergic) Good points, staff are friendly. Apartments are big and well cleaned. You get juice and fruit on first day only, mini fridge not replenished. No glasses to drink juice from or crockery to cut mango or stir coffee! Sockets in rooms take British plugs.
