Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park by Neverland

Great stay , we stayed with 6 and 9 year old and had amazing time .normally we do not go back to the same hotel but we will be back definitely. Its one of this places that has everything you need . Massive thanks to Mustafa who was our cleaner, amazing guy and his towel art made my kids so happy. Also thans to Yossef Ahmed who works in the bakery bar ، always positive with great service! Thank you Yossef Ahmed and Mustafa thanks to you the hotel gets another star! Plenty choice of food ,sweets and entertainment. Highly recommend!

It was our 1wt time in egypt and we absolutely loved it . We stayed in rooms 1000s and it was near the reception, pools etc . A lot of people say it takes a lot of walking but I must say is not that far . Our cleaner Mustafa went above and beyond! Loved his towel art also kept checking on us everyday .Thank you Mustafa. There is lots of food to choose from nuggets, pizza, calamari, prawns , bbq , Indian food and much more . We went to each of them to check what we liked the most . Fresh mango nead midway was amazing too. Popcorn , waffles , candy floss and vr room was just cherry on top. Everyday face painting, mini disco and shows . The only thing they could upgrade on is the bars near pools , there is no many of them there and kids club building. The staff from kids club were amazing but the building feels too small and should add more games etc .

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We enjoyed every moment and had such a wonderful time. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Jessie from Guest Relations for being so kind and making our experience even more special. ❤️ Everything was great, and we truly had an unforgettable time. We’re already looking forward to coming back again very soon, Insha’Allah! Highly recommended! ✨

We booked an 11 night stay at jungle aqua park, it was amazing. From the moment you get off the coach all the way to getting back on felt like a true luxury. The staff are unbelievable courteus and very willing to help out in any way they can, i would love to name names but there are too many to list. Every member of staff made our stay stesss free and easy going, any amd all questions were answered, guest relations were superb we can spefically mention the helping hand chelsea was able to give any time we needed anything. Her service was top tier and super friemdly. She Really made the stay feel like a home away from home. The overall atmosphere was great, everyday there was something to be doing and thats just coming from a couple's view, we felt engaged and entertained our whole stay, the animation crew go above and beyond here they do a fantastic job. The value, while the hotel can be a bit expensive to book with compared other hotels, you get what you pay for and i can say every penny was worth it. There are shops on site for gift buying, snacks, drinks, adult beverages that are all reasonably priced and very friendly to engage with. The hotel is clean, they are constantly cleaning which made our stay feel very nice also. The food was very nice, we had no bad reactions with it only when we stuffed ourselves with too much of it. We will definitely be coming back to neverland multiple times as even though we had 11 nights, it didnt feel long enough.

Really good. Family friendly will come back. Receptionists needs some training on manners
