Very clean. Amazing for children. Jungle aqua park is very large. Not enough bars for drinks, lengthy walk when drinks required at night for children. Mustafa our cleaner was absolutely amazing! Room kept immaculate. Great towel display🤣

This hotel is absolutely amazing. We were gutted to leave and could have stayed for another 2 weeks. We only found other parts of the hotel on our last day. There was a bit of confusion over rooms when we arrived as we had paid extra for a bungalow but we were given a standard family room but we were moved the next day and the check in process could be improved. We arrived early hours in the morning and were told to sit down and wait for check in and there didnt seem to be a good process for this but once this was done the overall stay was amazing and brilliant dor children. Something to do all the time. We were in room 3056 and it sS a perfect location. Food was lovely and the neverland show was the best. So much effort was put in. All staff are lovely. Our lifeguard around our pool outside the bungalow was superb and gutted I didnt get his name. Couldn't do enough for us. We went on a private speedboat trip and it was the best trip I have ever done on holiday. Was booked with top marine. We have a rule where we wont stay in the same hotel twice but this hotel is too good to only go once and we will be returning next year.

From the moment we arrived all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is a fabulous place to stay especially if you have young children. The breakfast was very good plenty of choice. The lunch and evening meals were repetitive but having said that there are numerous restaurants you can choose from. As a family of 6 young and old we all thoroughly enjoyed it and have said we will definitely go back.
