I have stayed at many hotels and resorts in Hurghada over the years, and I have experienced everything from average hotels to some of the highest-rated resorts in the area. Pickalbatros White Beach stands out — and a huge reason for that is its incredible animation team. Of course, the hotel itself is beautiful. It is exceptionally clean, well maintained, the pool areas are fantastic, and everywhere you look you can see how much effort is put into keeping the resort at a very high standard. The housekeeping staff deserve recognition as well. Rooms and common areas are constantly looked after, and the same level of care continues through the restaurants, bars, reception and pool areas. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional, and you quickly feel that guest satisfaction genuinely matters here. But what transformed this from a great hotel into an exceptional holiday experience for me was the animation team. I have visited many hotels in Hurghada and experienced many different animation teams. Nothing I have experienced comes close to this team. And it isn’t simply because they organise activities, dance, perform or entertain people. It is because of how they make people feel. They have an incredible ability to notice people. They remember you. They stop and talk to you. They joke with you, involve you and somehow manage to create connections between people who arrived at the hotel as complete strangers. At the same time, they understand something that many animation teams don’t: there is a huge difference between creating energy and forcing entertainment onto people. Here, you can participate in everything or nothing — and still feel included. Their energy is infectious, but it also feels genuine. You don’t get the impression that they are simply performing because it is their job. They put personality, heart and an enormous amount of effort into what they do every single day. During the daytime they bring life and atmosphere around the hotel, and in the evenings they manage to bring people together again. After only a few days, you start recognising people, saying hello, laughing together and feeling part of something. That is an extremely difficult atmosphere for a hotel to create — and this team does it exceptionally well. What impressed me most, however, was seeing how differently they connect with different guests. Children, adults, couples, families and people travelling alone can all feel welcome. That requires much more than being good entertainers. It requires emotional intelligence, professionalism and a genuine interest in people. And this team has it. When you book a holiday, you can compare hotels based on rooms, swimming pools, restaurants, beaches and stars. Those things are important, and White Beach delivers on them. But you cannot see the most important part in the booking photos: the people who will become part of your holiday. That is where White Beach truly exceeded my expectations. The animation team didn’t just entertain us. They created moments, friendships, laughter and memories that I will take home with me. And when your holiday is finished and you realise that some of the people working at the hotel are actually people you are going to miss, I think that says everything about the experience they created. So if you are sitting at home right now considering whether to book Pickalbatros White Beach, my recommendation is very simple: Book it with confidence. You will get a beautiful, clean and extremely well-run resort with excellent service. But hopefully, you will also experience what I did: A group of extraordinary people who turn a hotel stay into something much more personal. To the entire animation team: thank you. You should be incredibly proud of what you create every single day. I have seen many animation teams in Hurghada over the years, but you have set a completely new standard for me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ without hesitation. I came home remembering a great hotel. But even more than that, I came home remembering the people. ❤️

Amazing hotel and an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes, and the beach and sea were beautiful. The hotel has a great atmosphere, plenty of activities, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A special thank you to all the staff for their excellent service and hospitality. Definitely a true 5-star experience! I would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel. 🌴☀️

The hotel is the best in hurghada the food the best thing here in the hotel the breakfast and the dinner and the lunch is perfect thanks to the new chef he have big improvements wasn’t 2 years ago now the level of the food is the top like Europe thanks chef and your team

The location of the hotel is ideal, you are almost in town and at same time enjoying a large space of beach view. The atmosphere is little bit hot, but in early morning, afternoon and by night it is nice and you can enjoy all activities. The rooms are large, clean and it's view is great, you can enjoy it early morning specially if you like the sea view. The value you paid in hotel is so reasonable and fair for the services you have and perhaps you got over, it is more than fair value. The stuff is very keen to help you and keen to make you happy, they all looks after your satisfaction and doing their best to insure that you enjoy and have a good time. The food is variable and delicious in addition to presence of sweet center that working almost around the day, you can also find the option of early breakfast that starts @5am.

Pickalbatros white beach resort in Hurghada is the definition of high quality and persistency. The stuff is working at its best and I'm talking about both the stuff of the hotel and the animation team. the staff of the hotel is friendly and I had a great experience of my room being tidy as it can be, also, i'm really glad that they let us made an early booking because we came to the hotel at five a.m. and i'm so glad that we were able to actually sleep at the hotel before the check in. The food is delicious, the territory is meticulously organized, the animation team is funny, perfect and energetic. i would definitely like to come back to this majestic hotel! ✨️
