Back home after the most fabulous holiday yet at this outstanding hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated as friends and once again the staff were exceptional. Shout out to the one and only Carlos Nabil, Shenouda in the executive lounge, Ahmed Saleh and friends in the Italian, Abdo and his team at the pool and Ahmed in the main restaurant, you are all truly amazing. Ossiano team, you all remain very special to us. Mr Alaa, Ahmed, Ahmed, the exceptional chef Medhat and all the other members of this fabulous team thank you thank you thank you for making our holiday so special. السيد عبدالعزيز الزهيري for everything in the main restaurant and your never ending kindness and generosity. Finally to our friends Mr Ibrahim and Mr Hafez, no words to express our thanks to you. This place really is very special. It may not be perfect and I’m sure there are many things that people might find not to their liking but I don’t think you’ll find a better team of staff anywhere in the world and that is priceless. 🥰

We have just come back from this wonderful hotel. The experience was absolutely 5 star from start to finish. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay relaxing. There is so many people you could thank as they all put 100% in from cleaners to chefs, waiters to admin and barstaff. The list would be endless. The people that put smiles on our faces everyday as they always went out of their way to say hello are Adam, Muhammed, Micheal and Carlos who kept us rehidrated all day and night. The lovely friendly Abanoub who worked hard at keeping things clean and our very own Reda that looked after us making sure our room was lovely and clean every day. We would highly recommend this hotel and will look forward to returning soon.

An excellent experience for the third time at this hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful stay. The food was excellent and varied, the services were outstanding, and what impressed me the most was the great attention given to all guests and their comfort. One particular detail really caught my attention and deserves special appreciation. I noticed that around the swimming pools and the beach, there are accessible areas next to the stairs to make it easier for guests who may be using a wheelchair or have mobility difficulties. I personally don’t have anyone with me who uses a wheelchair, but I really appreciated seeing this level of attention and consideration. It shows that the hotel genuinely cares about all its guests and thinks about their different needs and comfort. Overall, we had a great time. Excellent food, great service, and a clear commitment to guest satisfaction. This was our third visit, and definitely not the last!

After spending 11 unforgettable nights at Premier Le Rêve Hotel, we can honestly say it has been one of the best holidays we've ever had. The hotel came highly recommended by my mum and dad, who are returning guests themselves, and now we completely understand why. Thanks to this incredible experience, we will definitely be returning too! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is second to none. The food was exceptional, the cleanliness impeccable, and the level of service was outstanding in every area. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the genuine care and pride shown by the staff made all the difference. One thing that really stood out was the incredible work ethic of every member of staff. They work tirelessly across multiple areas of the hotel, all day, every day, yet they always do it with a genuine smile, warmth and joy. Their dedication, professionalism and passion for ensuring every guest has the best possible experience is nothing short of outstanding. There are a few people who made our holiday truly special. Carlos and Abdo looked after us throughout the day around the pool, always with smiles on their faces and providing exceptional service. In the evenings, Mahmoud and Mousa at the Pool Bar made every night enjoyable with their friendliness, humour and professionalism. Adam in the Long Bar was fantastic, always welcoming, attentive and happy to have a chat. Mohammed kept our room spotless throughout our stay, and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. A special mention also goes to Bassant and Egny in the spa, who provided some of the best treatments we've ever experienced. Their professionalism and expertise made our spa visits a real highlight of the holiday. Something else that really struck us was the number of returning guests. We met so many people who come back year after year, with several telling us this was their 13th visit or even more. I have honestly never stayed at a hotel where so many guests return so frequently, but having now experienced Premier Le Rêve for ourselves, we completely understand why. It's a testament to the exceptional standards, the incredible staff and the welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back time and time again. What makes Premier Le Rêve so special isn't just the beautiful hotel, it's the incredible people who work there. They create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that we've not only had an amazing holiday but have also made friends for life. Thank you to everyone at Premier Le Rêve for making our stay so memorable. We arrived as first-time guests but left feeling like part of the Premier Le Rêve family. We have already booked again and are already counting down the days until we return next year!
