Excellent holiday. We tried to manage our expectations after reading such excellent reviews, but we weren’t let down! From arrival to the moment we left, we had a wonderful holiday. Rooms were great, spacious and clean, staff were incredible, food was fantastic. Didn’t hear of anyone being ill, and working in food safety myself, I was impressed with the standards and the regular temp checking of the food. The pool was clean and we never had any issues getting a sunbed. We liked it that much, we have just booked to return in November!

Location is quite which is good you can get a golf cart for 20 $an hour and go up the beach front to where there is some shops .the hotel is very clean rooms are very good food is excellent

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week in September. The hotel was very very clean and the staff are fabulous and cannot do enough for you. Rooms very spacious and clean we had a view of both the desert and the sea which was amazing! Always sunbeds available so no need to get up early. Service by the pool was amazing you didn’t have to lift a finger if you needed a drink or your umbrella putting up / moving they were there in a second. Food was great we never had a bad meal. We did the spa which was lovely start to our holiday then we did the private quad biking with lighthouse safari. The team takes great care of you around the desert and along the coast line and into a cave with lots of photo opportunities along the way. The team were fabulous and really look after you. Would highly recommend this you can book in the kiosk on the beach!

Just returned from our second trip to this beautiful hotel. Everyone is so friendly and nothing wto much trouble. We have already booked for 2027. Love love love this Hotel.

We class this as our second home as it's the only other place we visit in the world now, it's that good. We have just rebooked for 2027 because everything about it is first class, from the welcome when you first arrive to walking up to the first bar. All the staff class you as family and welcome you as such. They aren't really staff, they're more friends. How many hotels worldwide do you see the Manager walking round mixing with guests and going behind the bar and sorting drinks for them, Mr Fouquet is exceptional in running this hotel, as is Mr Bearatt and Mr Ibrahim. Their understudy El Haz is amazing keeping things running in their absence. As I say everything about this hotel is amazing and that is why we keep going back, and until something happens to put us off, which I doubt very much will do, then this will remain our second home for the foreseeable future. Thanks to all the staff at PLR for making it what it is.
