Best Hotel in Hurghada. People’s Restaurant was great as after a slight change from previous years. Bella was excellent and attentive

I have been staying at this hotel since 11 August 2026 for four nights. Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as I expected. The hotel’s location is acceptable, but it is not particularly convenient compared with other hotels in the area. Moving between the different areas of the resort is also not easy, as you have to rely on the shuttle bus, especially when going to the main restaurant and the Arena area. Considering the price, I feel the value for money is very low. We expected a luxury hotel with high-quality food and desserts, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. Anyway, this was my first stay here, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. We asked for connected rooms but front disk Omar even he did not think to try to find alternative rooms. Our rooms was 43106 and 43105

This hotel may be advertised as a 5-star property, but unfortunately, our experience was closer to a 1-star hotel. We booked a family trip and expected to have rooms close to each other. Instead, we were initially placed in two completely different stages. After two days of discomfort and repeated requests, we were finally offered two rooms in the same building, but they still weren’t next to each other. The reception staff were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Whenever we asked for something, it was either ignored, delayed, or handled in a very rude and unprofessional manner. The cleanliness was also far below the standard you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Based on our stay, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families
