Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas

I never expected such an unprofessional experience from a hotel like Rixos Premium Magawish in Hurghada, Egypt. I traveled for 10 hours to Hurghada, spent my own money, and sacrificed my time because I trusted the HR team and genuinely believed I was coming for a real job opportunity. I arrived with hope, not knowing what I would do if things didn't work out, only to find myself in a situation that could have been avoided with a simple phone call or a clear message beforehand. I ended up waiting for four hours, trying to sort things out with security. When security contacted the HR manager, his response was that whoever from HR had invited me should hire me. Instead of speaking to me directly or explaining what had happened, he refused to deal with the situation personally and simply instructed security to turn applicants away. After traveling for 10 hours to Hurghada and waiting another four hours, I was dismissed without even being given the courtesy of a proper conversation or explanation. If someone from your own HR department invites an applicant to come for a job, the least you can do is take responsibility. You are supposed to be one team, yet I was left to deal with the consequences of your poor communication and lack of coordination. How can one part of the HR team invite someone in, while another refuses to take responsibility when that person arrives? This is not simply about there being no vacancies. It is about the lack of respect, accountability, and basic human consideration shown to someone who trusted your word, spent money he could not afford to waste, and traveled all the way to Hurghada with genuine hope of finding work. I hope the hotel management takes this complaint seriously and reviews how the HR department treats job applicants. A hotel's reputation is not built on luxury alone, but also on professionalism, honesty, and respect for people. No one should have to go through this just because they were looking for an honest opportunity to earn a living.

A great resort, well maintained and with a very good layout, but of course, there are a few hiccups. Food: -Main buffets (Turquoise and Mosaic): The food here is very good and tasty... for a day. Then the same food repeats every single day, and when I say repeats, I mean 100% the same. You will survive, but from day 3 onwards, it does not feel that nice to see the same food every day. -A' la carte restaurants: Totally worth it. The food, the atmosphere, the staff, all on point. Drinks are bottled, all very good in terms of selection and availability. Nightlife is good, with themed parties, shows, and after-party shows. Beach and Pools: -Towels are available everywhere. -Pools everywhere. You can find pools where you can sit almost by yourself if you want. All pools have bars nearby. The beach is nice, clean, and sandy, with a shallow entry and almost no noticeable tide. The beach is split into 3 parts: -In the middle section, the wind feels like a light breeze. Because of this, everyone reserves sunbeds, so it gets overcrowded, with almost no privacy. -On the left side, the wind feels very strong. This side is almost empty. -On the far right side, the wind is somewhere between light and moderate. The room is very spacious, very clean, and well maintained throughout the stay, with the minibar refilled daily. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful, from reception, cleaning, bars, all are super nice people.

Rixy club has been an amazing place for my kids to play and have fun while we get some time for ourselves as adults and the ladies taking of the kids are amazing
