Serenity Alma Heights

Serenity Alma Heights ! Wow ! From the moment we arrived at the hotel it defo had the wow factor very beautiful and clean greeted by friendly staff smooth check in etc. We a family of 6 had an amazing 12 days and my children cried when it was time to come home 😩. I Would 100% reccomend this hotel. The grounds are beautiful very well kept witnessed gardeners watering early hours like 1/2am everyone works so hard. Food GREAT so much choice ‘The Butcher’ at bbq section great guy really friendly always smiling ! I don’t really have any complaints about our stay I would say the rooms are slightly dated compared to rest of hotel but nothing major not In them much and beds was super comfy. WOULD 100% say book this hotel if wanting to visit Hurghada especially if traveling with children. Thank you for the memories serenity and hopefully see you all again 🫶🏻

We travelled from the UK for our fourth stay at Serenity Alma, and once again, we had an amazing holiday! It was truly our best family holiday ever. My husband, our little one and I enjoyed every minute of our eight-day stay. The check-in was smooth, and our room near the pool was lovely and very convenient for us. A big thank you to Mr Emad at the front desk for making us feel so welcome. He was so friendly and helpful, and his warm hospitality made our holiday even more special. After four wonderful stays, Serenity Alma has become our first choice for family holidays. We are already looking forward to coming back again! Room 5067

Mostafa is a very fast and friendly waiter. He works at The Aquabar in the Serentity Hotel in Makadi Bay. He ist always accommodating .

We really enjoy the time spent here. The food is excellent and fresh, and the people and staff are very friendly. Different activities and shows are organized every day. The rooms were cleaned daily; those numbered above 7000 could use a bit of a refresh, but they do have a great location right next to the water park. The other rooms have already been renovated. I recommend this hotel and think we will return someday

I am very pleased with my stay at the hotel. There is a huge selection of pools and a large water park with various types of slides to suit everyone. The entertainment program for childrens and adults is fantastic; there is always something interesting going on. The food is delicious with a vast selection, and fresh dishes are prepared daily; you can also enjoy tasty food at the poolside and water park bars. The staff are delightful and extremely helpful in every way, and the people are very warm. The hotel is stylishly decorated, and cleanliness is maintained to a high standard—everything is kept clean and fresh every day. I highly recommend this hotel, we will likely return.
