Sheraton Miramar Resort

Wonderful stay at Sheraton El Gouna! We had a fantastic stay at Sheraton El Gouna! The hotel is ideally located between a diving center and a great kitesurfing spot, making it perfect for water sports lovers. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and has a large team of friendly and attentive staff who make you feel truly welcome. A very special thank you to Moh Khalaf from the bar team, who made our stay even more memorable! He took exceptional care of us, was always attentive to our needs, and introduced us to some wonderful cocktails. His kindness, professionalism, and personal attention really made a difference. We would also like to thank Salma for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and lovely smile, which brightened our days! The diving center team was also fantastic! Friendly, professional, and helpful, they made our diving experience truly enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience. We would definitely love to come back! The rooms were huge, cool and clean. Food was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Mahinor in the restaurant in particular went out of her way to make us feel welcome, squeezing us into dinner when our event ran late and generally always welcoming you with a smile. Highly recommend.
